Very impressive. Great price as well.
Installed a set of these in my door panels in my bmw. Shipping was very fast and the whole transaction was quick and painless. My first impression on opening the box was that is a very well made set of tweeters. Installation was fast and easy. The crossovers are very small and are easily installed also. After a little break in period and some adjusting they are dialed in and sound great. They are surprisingly loud (of course my loud and your loud are probably way different) and very crisp and clear. They do not sound tinny or harsh at low, med or high volume. They have no problem keeping up with 150+ db set up I am running. These came highly recommended by several car audio experts on multiple sites like SMD.com and caraudio.com and they do not disappoint.

Sweet Tweet of the Week: Tweeters on a budget!!!
After doing some in-depth searches for budget tweeters to replace my stock tweeters in my 1st gen Tacoma, I ended up going with the Soundstream TWS.3 1-inch tweeters. I must admit that it was a bit of a leap of faith to purchase these with virtually no reviews on the web. But for only ~$20, it was worth the risk. Before I get into my review of the tweeters, many will simply say "Why didn't you just get components?". First, I am on a budget and wanted to replace all four stock speakers in my Tacoma as opposed to going "6.5 components" and "5x7/6x8" in the rear (I have a double cab). I found a great deal on KICKER DS680 6x8 coaxes AND for only $20 more, I could swap out the factory tweeter with the Soundstream tweets. WIth that said, if I had more disposable income, I would purchase the 6.5" baffle adapters and hit up some components. That's a no brainer.I did, however, take the risk and went for some "seemingly" cheap tweeters (btw, what happened to Soundstream Audio?! Back in the day, mid-late 90s, Soundtream was some of the better stuff. I distinctively remember walking into the stereo shop and gazing at the DaVinci Soundstream Amp...!). But the leap was rewarded tenfold with some great tweeters for $20!PROS: Uber-cheap, decent quality construction, multiple adapters for mounting preferences, and spiders on the grills?!CONS: Very little instructions on installation, speaker gauge is quite small, and crossovers are a spider hockey pucks (aesthetically), and spiders on grills(hehe)...however..For $20, they really do sound quite good! After taking out the factory tweets, you could tell a marked difference. Granted it isn't "earth shattering" difference, but well worth the price. I have a Pioneer head unit 50x4 providing the juice, but they still sound crisp, not too harsh, and fill out the upper "hz" quite nicely. My buddy who heard the new kickers coaxes with the factory tweets was impressed with the $20 tweeter swap. And yes, I have been around car audio garb for quite sometime, so it's not just the placebo affect of going from something "factory" to something "new". So for any of those on the fence, burn the $20 in your pocket and pick up some nice tweeters on a budget.

You won't be disappointed.
The review by Ozark705 covers these tweeters well, I went off his review and for just over $20.00 you can't go wrong. I replaced my factory dash tweeters in my 07 nissan frontier crew cab and wanted the tweeters to fit under the dash grills, and they do make difference, and that's with the factory radio. They do come with mounts, but i had to be creative to fit them in the factory holes, I had to manufacture mounts, but that was pretty easy with thick plastic from a maxwell house coffee container a hole saw and snips to trim the plastic. I had already installed Kicker 6x9's in the front doors and Polk audio 6.5's in the back doors, all under the factory grills, and it already sounds great but my new head unit is arriving for install this weekend. Looking forward to my commute on Monday. 2 yrs now, still going strong
