This was a gift for my sister after I had got one, I was pleasantly surprised how good it was, you can increase how strong the message is by pulling down on it with your arms, this is a great purchase for anyone who likes a good message to loosen your shoulders and neck area up.

My girlfriend bought this for a more portable way of conducting massage besides paying massage therapists every week. It massages the neck, shoulder, back, legs, and feet well. Just be careful since some areas might be more sensitive depending on the person and if something doesn't feel right don't continue on massaging the area with this device. Also, don't leave it on too long in any one area. She does suffer from head, neck, shoulder, back, arm, legs, and feet problems so this worked great for her in helping ease the problems she has.What she doesn't like about the product is you have to keep it plugged into a wall or car charge port because it's not cordless. It does come with its own bag which helps keep it secure. It does have different levels so be sure to start off on the lowest setting for each area want to use it in and go from there. Be sure to consult your doctor if there are any questions before usage.

I have now purchased three of these and given two away as gifts. I use mine all of the time and even travel with it because I love it so much.

Works great, but after 4 months I heard a rattle inside the unit. I opened the zipper and found a long fine thread screw. It came from one of the roller heads. It's a center screw to hold the roller in place. The other screw was very loose as well. I removed it and applied red thread locker to the threads and screwed them both back in. Good to go... Maybe check the screws every Few months for tightness.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my husband, who spends a lot of time hunched over his desk for work and ends up with tense and sore muscles in his neck, shoulders and upper back. I wasn't sure how well it would work, but the other positive reviews were encouraging. He tried it out and absolutely loved it! The combination of heat and massage really help. I also carry a lot of tension in my neck and this is so much better than a heating pad or massage alone. Worth every penny.
