Q: why are only 5 star reviews showing?

Because the product does what it says on the tin!

Q: Can this be used to insulate a summer house including the ceiling and board over the top of it

This is a dampproof membrane, to keep water out. It has no heat insulation qualities

Q: Can this be used under wallpaper to stop damp and mold

no I dont think this would work and may make condensation worse. Best for damp and mould is cleaning the walls with a mould treatment then painting it with a paint call zissner bin then normal paint when dry. Always leave your windows on the vent position and let all the steam out the windows when cooking or baths and showers.Wipe up any condensation on windows every morning. After these things there is not much else you can do but some people say a dehumidifier can help also.

This is what I got not as advertised . Clearly shows from picture that this is on a roll which is why I bought it easier to roll and staple rather having to unfold and arse about with !!!!
