You can purchase a protection warranty through Amazon. However, I had a issue and contacted the seller and they sent me the parts.

Q: The blue part on the attachments are scratched. Does this mean they have been used or does that part suppose to peel off?

I believe it should be peeled off

Q: Could someone please make a video how to set the temperature and time and use the timer? The instructions make no sense 😥
