Fitting end to the series
Maggie Gerber is finally about to marry her first love Sam Collins and they have finally found their dream house. The only problem is the house seems to be haunted. As if that isn't bad enough, they discover a skeleton in the root cellar. Maggie thinks that if she can identify the skeleton and the person who killed him, that might stop the haunting. But will her prying put her and Sam in danger?“All Sales Final” is the fifth and unfortunately the last book in Josie Belle’s Goodbye Girls cozy mystery series. Since it is the last book in the series, Belle (pen name of author Jenn McKinlay) does a wonderful job of wrapping up the series, including Maggie's marriage to Sam as well as a delightful conclusion to her relationship with her longtime rival Summer. Maggie’s fears going into the wedding were very realistic - just when I was getting frustrated with the way Maggie was dragging her feet about buying a wedding dress Belle does an excellent job describing why. I loved Maggie and Sam’s dream home and the haunting parts of the book were well done with a few surprises. The mystery itself, while on the light side, also had a few surprises and I was completely surprised at the identity of the ”bad guy” - well done Ms. Belle!I will miss the Goodbye Girls books but “All Sales Final” is a fitting end to this nice cozy mystery series.

Nice Addition to a Fun Series
This series with the Good Buy Girls never fails to delight and All Sales Final is one of the best. Maggie is supposed to be planning her Wedding to Sam, her long time love. They buy a historic house and quickly experience ghostly happenings. While investigating they find the skeleton of a WWII pilot in the cellar. Sam calls in an old colleague from Richmond, who turns out to be a gorgeous woman. Andy immediately tells Maggie she intends to take Sam back to Richmond where she thinks he belongs. Maggie is stunned and feels slightly insecure in her relationship with Sam.One of the things I really liked is the Girls new member who is a past nemesis and watching them trying to adjust to this old foe was lots of fun.The mystery was well done and I was surprised by whodunit and enjoyed the paranormal aspects.

Great book series
I love Jenn McKinlay's cozy mystery series books so took a chance to order/read her series written under Josie Belle. I enjoyed very much ... quick reads and characters are great. Passed books on to a couple of friends and they also enjoyed.

Another good one in the series.
I really love this series. I am pretty sure this book is the last one in the series since it seems to have summed up the whole storyline and came to a good conclusion. I loved the bit of paranormal activity in this last book and I was pretty surprised at the ending. I certainly didn't see it coming! All in all a great book and I sure hope Ms. Belle comes out with another series to grab my attention in the future.

So Long Josie Belle
Josie Bell writes well; just about as well as Jenn McKinlay. This has been a heck of a series and I'm sorry to see it end but looking forward to all the ends being tied up. I've just started reading it and can hardly put it down. So long Josie Belle, I have all your books and will read them again after awhile.

The entire series has been a wonderful celebration of friendship
There are three big questions in All Sales Final: (1) Why's Maggie dragging her feet over this wedding? (2) Who's the skeleton in the basement and who killed him? and (3) What's up with Maggie's arch enemy, Summer? Author Josie Belle (AKA Jenn McKinlay) answers them all in fine-- if a bit rushed-- style.Any woman who's marrying at Maggie's age is going to have some emotional baggage and some serious doubts, and McKinlay deals with these issues in a sensitive, understanding manner that fits the characters of both Maggie and Sam. A good deal of the humor in this book revolves around Maggie's enemy- since-high-school, Summer-- a character that I always found a bit over-the-top. Summer undergoes a bit of a transformation in All Sales Final that I found not only funny but believable.I mentioned above that I felt this book was a bit rushed. Several elements could have been developed more fully, but part of me understands why they weren't. This is-- sadly-- the last Good Buy Girls mystery, and fleshing out new characters or developing certain plot threads more fully would not stamp THE END on the story of Maggie and her friends. This entire series has not only been about good mysteries and good fun, it's been a wonderful celebration of friendship. I've laughed, cried, and just plain felt good reading about the lives of these characters, and I will sincerely miss them. The Good Buy Girls mysteries form one of my favorite cozy mystery series, and I know I'm not alone in feeling that way.(My copy of this book was purchased at the Poisoned Pen.)

Bitter sweet finale.
What do the Good buy Girls, a Groom and a ghost have in common? A quirky and bitter sweet end to the 'Josie Belle' series. In this last installment of the series, Maggie and Sam get married but, not without a few bumps and bones along the way.Going to miss the characters and hate to see the end.

Bring on the next one.....
These books just get better and better. The murderer stayed hidden till the end, and no I'm not hinting at who it maybe.I've read all of her books but it sounded at the end that there would be no more, I do hope I'm wrong. So if you've read the others you'll love this one, if you're new to this series I would advise to stArt at the 1st one even though they are individual stories, you build up all the background knowledge of the characters and grow with them.

Fantastic!
I loved reading this story! I adored all the characters, but Maggie and Sam were really special. And, of course, Marshall Dillon...If you are looking for a good cozy mystery to curl up to this is the one! The story line is fluid and flows well, the mystery good. This was the first book I read in this series, and I had no problem "knowing" the different characters. I enjoyed "seeing" the town. And as for the idea of a ghost, well...!I will be reading more of the Good Buy Girls mystery series.
