Very disappointed because it was not the brand I paid for. I thought I was getting a Tom Clovers bag and instead got something called beibaobao I’ve never heard of this brand.Lesson learned

The bag in the picture is beautiful that’s why I ordered it. When I took it out of the box the smell was unbarring and it was still in the plastic bag. Once I took out of the plastic bag, I felt like someone sprayed it with toxic on purpose. Kids from the other room came to ask what the smell was. It was THAT strong. The raw edges around the bag and strap were painted over with some black sticky paint that was leaving my hands black. The gold hardware looked like it was spray painted to be gold and it was already peeling. The bag itself had all kinds of scratches. It’s not worth even a penny. The pictures don’t show any of it, very misleading.

I'm so sad I had to return this beauty. It's HIGH quality. It's beautiful and perfect in every way, but it's way too small and the measurements are off and there should be more detail about the measurements. But if you're looking for a very small purse, this is a beautiful purse worth every single penny.

Adorable and very high quality - I was pleasantly surprised! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that you literally cannot fit anything in this. It's very stiff too, so you scratch up your hand trying to get stuff in and out of it. I mean, it's TIGHT! Forget bringing a wallet along. You can maybe fit a lipstick, phone, and a few credit cards or change purse. It's quite deceiving, because it looks roomy and bulky, but inside... TINY. Still, it's gorgeous and I love it anyway!

I am so sad I wanted to absolutely love this bag! 😭 Unfortunately, I have to return it. It is well made. Nice feel to it and definitely not cheap. The reason I have to return it is that if you carry a large wallet it will not fit. The opening is very stiff and doesn’t open moreThan a coupleOf Inch’s wide. I was able to get it in but it is very very hard to take out. And I won’t be ableTo fit anything else in it there’s just no room. But if you want a bag that is going to be more like a clutch and just hold your phone and maybe card holder and a few other things it. Unfortunately it won’t work for me for daily use. So sad!

This is really good quality for the cost. I am pleasantly surprised. I have carried very large purses or “mom bags” for years as a mom & teacher. I now have some shoulder damage from carrying the heavy bags for so long. I have been shopping for smaller bags to hold essentials while I keep my larger mom bag in the car for as needed use. This bag is perfect for crossbody and will keep weight off my bad shoulder. It also looks great! Highly recommended! I added a photo next to a soda can you get the size perspective.

This is fantastic quality, this purse came wrapped and protected better than most fragile items I have ordered. Feels way more expensive than it is, excellent excellent buy. Will probably get the other colors soon!!

Love the bag, but received it faulty. I did not order another one as I thought it may not last long.

I liked the design of the handbag when i saw it on Amazon and decided to order it and it arrived today. The physical handbag is exactly as displayed and it is well made. I do have however a number of observations that i think would be useful to the designer if implemented. First the strap is a bit flimsy compared to the body of the handbag and i can already see that it will most likely be the first to go on the handbag. Thus, i would like it if spare straps are sold so that we may replace a damaged strap. Secondly, if the former is done then the handles where straps attach would need to be ultered to permit the flexibility to replace a damaged strap. Thirdly, the tassel is cute and def adds a unique appearance to the handbag but it would be nice if it the flexibility of removing it can be added. Fourth the inside of the bag is a bit rigid so it would be nice if we are given an area to hold important cards instead of having to carry a wallet that may not fit. I have a long wallet and it does not fit in the handbag so i'm forced to either buy a smaller wallet or to individually include cards or money i need in the bag. So if one chooses the latter it would be helpful if the bag had an area to store maybe 2 cards.

The description didn’t match the product. The strap is not long enough for a cross body style at all. Also the opening for the purse was very small. Could barely get a wallet in. And the description implied that a iPad would fit.Besides the issues I liked the style of the bag and how it looks. I’m disappointed that I couldn’t use this.

Cute bag had had to return it due to the pocket being to tight and the zipper is sharp so one can easily cut himself on it.In the search of finding a similar bag but real leather and a much better and safer zipper.
