Very nice fish, this was my second order from themThe first order I felt the The fish were smaller than stated. The second order was much better. But all in all the quality of the fish is good and the colors are good.

We’ve had ponds with koi for a number of years, but we wanted to add some butterfly koi. Communication from the company was helpful telling us when they would ship and when we would receive our order. We received them within 24 hours of shipping. The fish arrived in a plastic bag with oxygen, packed in a styrofoam lined box. There were excellent directions included in the box. We floated the bag for about 20 minutes in our pond so they could become acclimated to the water temperature. Then we released them one by one. They were beautiful and healthy and came in a variety of colors. They immediately started swimming in a group investigating their new home. They are doing well. We were very happy with the company, the fish, and the entire process. No problems.

The fish arrived happy and healthy. I asked them for a blue one and the accommodated that which was awesome. The fish are really good looking koi. Would for sure buy again after the water stabilizes again.

Fish are growing fast ! Very hearty and healthy. Worth the money I only lost 5 through attrition (jumping on lily pads).

Arrived on time, fish healthy. Colors not as vibrant as depicted but I guess that’s expected.

If there were a zero rating i would give it.The fish they sent looked ok and after quarantine for a few days added them to my WHAT WAS HEALTHY pond.Within a week the fish i ordered started to die and im now left with a sick pond hoping the few large fish i had before this don’t die also. ( I got these to restock my pond after a heron attack) Ive now spent over $300 in pond treatments and have 4 of the 10 fish i ordered left. The ones that died have had fin rot and some fuzzy white growth all over their bodies that isnt ick.Im utterly disgusted with Toledo Goldfish.Id like a refund but there has been no seller response. I’d also like the $$ i spent on pond treatment back but I seriously doubt thats going to happen as theres been no response. Also no phone number to call so you'll apparently never hear from a human.Ive ordered from them 3 times now over the last 3 years. The first time this exact same thing happened snd every thing i had died. Thinking it was a fluke i orded again and that was fine. Now this again. Do NOT USE THIS SELLER.
