Del MonteCanned Pear Halves in Heavy Syrup, 8.5 Ounce -- 12 per case.

Had looked everywhere for the Del Monte pear halves in heavy syrup for my husband since this is the only ones he will eat. Was a little more expensive than what I thought they should be according to the large cans we had bought in the past BUT these small cans have had 5 fairly good size pear halves in each one & are just exactly what he likes to eat so the price was great & well worth it. Will probably have to order some more since we have hunted at a half dozen different chains & several of each & none even have a spot on the counter for them. And btw the expiration date is 2025 !!!!! Very very pleased with this purchase since he is sick & can find very little that tastes good to him to eat these days. THANK YOU !!!!

Pears are great- cans are too small.

Great product

Some items were posibly contaminated by puncture and didn't eat because of contaminants. Therefore not a value for the money.

Bad news is that 12 cans of 46 FL OZ liquid were very heavy and got all banged up. Although half the cans were smashed and dented up, I was able to salvage juice because cans were made of steel. In the future I will not order such a large order.

They are really good and even better when chilled..
