I do believe you’ll read on the package how to make the Jap Chey dish ( Korean dish ) from the noodles ( that’s what noodles intentions r for . The ingredients u add as package specifies include fresh veggies  cooked in a sauce package gives u ingredients to make . That’s y calories go up alittle . Harmless amount . Make sauce in bowl , put in pan with fresh organic non GMO veggies ( use ur discretion on amount add more sauce if needed ( you do not too much sauce will make ur dish soggy / too oily from sesame oil ( where the calories r in the sesame oil and the sugar ( use all natural STEVIA only few packets ) also only stir fry the veggies / sauce on low / med heat only 3-5 min . Then add to ur cooked noodles after noodles been run under cool water . You may use any fresh veggies that u like . It’s absolutely delicious and very healthy eaten in moderation . I use steamed organic baby spinach , green onions , white cabbage ( not too much ) red/ green bell pepper . All non GMO you may add strips of very tender cooked beef to the dish as well Non GMO organic grass fed beef / Organic grass fed Bison . Sooooo yummmy . Lots of prep work but worth the time . If u use the best ingredients you’ll have the best flavor and very very healthy dish for ur liver  / heart . Non GMO always Organic .. There’s ur calorie increase .. 👍🥰. Always use a Kikkomon low sodium soy sauce as well add fresh organic garlic as well . Best sesame oil ( Kadoya oil ) Dynasty brand easy to find at major grocery stores I buy from Korean stores lol  you do not want the veggies and meat to take over the noodles lol make sure u have enough noodles 👍🥰
