It depends on what you mean by "partially"?They cannot be split if that is what you mean. They are very pretty and i am sure you cN find a way to attach them to a neckline.

Q: Will these hold up to washing if placed on a garment?

I suppose it depends on how you attached them to the garment. Glue like it won’t hold. I would hand wash without soaking.
