Ordered and dispatched for Friday and it arrived at my house for the following Monday afternoon - product came from via Spain according to the parcel tracking system.Arrived safely with the parcel still intact. Only thing I needed to do was attach the bags opening straps to the buckles - very easy to do. The shoulder straps also needed connecting- again very easy to do.It's a thick but very smooth leather, nice to the touch. Smells like leather in a pleasant way. Very rich brown colour which I personally feel very happy with. Strap follows the above description too.Buckles/attachments are all solidly designed and well stiched, so I hope this bag will last sometime from a durability perspective.Loads of useful compartments and space for my 14" laptop, plus cable charger, and still impressed with leftover available space of which there is plenty. Inside zipped sections will be good for holding money, cards and keys to car.Only issue is my rather large A4 conference style folder that I use for work would not easily go into the bag so this may be an issue for some. Personally I'll now most likely buy a similar looking/quality conference folder to match. If the bag was any bigger to accommodate the conference folder then it would actually be on the slightly "too large" size, which would not make it so appealing.Really very pleased with my purchase and would not hesitate to recommend this bag to anyone else looking for something similar.
