This was a gift to someone who likes assembling German tank models. He said the book was very informative.

Great layout and very detailed where i feel it needs to be! If i could gripe about anything it would be forget the "Super Tanks" chapter and use that space for more vehicles that saw actual use....

Got this as part of the series. Nicely illustrated, concise guide for students of armored warfare. My grandson is learning about World War II and these guides are easy for him to follow.

These technical guides are great from amber publications England. Again for the military historian quick guide to the hobby references .One book leads to another.

for those interested in WWII and the armor that fought in it. good for modelers as there are multiple angles on most vehicles and depictions of all the different paint schemes. not good for those who want stories from the crew who served in these tanks. it has details on a good amount of vehicles, some i have never heard of and some that never even made it past the drawing board, yet im slightly disappointed. for such an in-depth book, coincidentally left out two of my favourite vehicles, the Sturer Emil, and the Waffentragers. interestingly enough, both vehicles saw service and both vehicles still exist today, in kubinka tank museum. why leave those out, yet include those of which never even got past the blueprint stage? oh well...

Ótimo livro. Ótimas imagens, papel de muita qualidade, capa muito bonita e ótima descrição dos modelos. Não fosse o preço, que penso ser muito alto, certamente adiquiriria os outros títulos da coleção.

Overall a great reference book of Second World War German armoured fighting vehicles (AFV). There is a good general narrative running throughout the various chapters, and each series vehicles has reasonable good descriptions. Worth a read and informative too.The accuracy of the content seems good, but I was not scrutinizing it too closely, so there may be a some errors I wasn’t able to pick out. The profile draws and good but all seem a little dark. Overall the imagery is good otherwise.Definitely worth adding to your historical warfare equipment collection, if the price and shipping are reasonable. I use it for referencing all the variants of derivatives of each series of AFV for historical war gaming and especially for scale model projects.

Well presented book about German tanks of WW2. Good illustrations, information packed , probably the best book of its type I have seen. Well received as a present.

the whole series of these books are well written and good graphics. Among them, this book os one of the best.
