I needed a black planter, not to big, not to small, and, not too heavy. This planter is perfect. It has a presence on my front porch without taking up too much space. It is sturdy and I am able to turn it to adjust it facing the sun. Highly recommend.

These things are amazing. After buying my first couple last year, I'm moving all my patio plants into them, a couple at a time. The color of the planter holds up well (no fading of the color yet, despite full on blasting sun - I bought the black color in a different size last year, so the comment is based on a full season). They're lighter to move than ceramic/glazed pots (when the water resevoire isn't full). The best thing about them is the root watering system. You drill a hole in the top (they include a rubber stopper to block it when done). Then, you pour water into the top hole until you see water coming out the small drain hole on the side. The drain hole is pre-drilled, at a level high enough to water the plant root through via the internal trough, but without drowning the plant. Another bonus: the watering system fills by itself when it rains. It's true they are costly, and let's face it, the colors and styles aren't what you'd get with glazed/ceramic options, but they look pretty good. And in a hot part of the country where saucer water can evaporate in hours, it's great not to have to water them every day when August rolls around. My plants are loving them, very healthy, and that's what matters.

I love having a couple large hibiscus plants on my deck every summer and usually plant them in typical clay pots with trays underneath. Every year, they blow over in a storm and break. These do not move! Love the fact that they self-water and the pre drilled overflow hole prevents overwatering. If you want to water from the reservoir a plug is provided to allow you to drill a hole in the lip. I did that, but it really is not necessary. Just water the plant from the top like any normal pot. it will fill up the reservoir with any excess water. The reservoir will top off, via a small hole in the side of the unit. Use these outside where you do not mind some water drain off.

This was a gift to my daughter-in-law. She wanted 2 planters and so I found these and ordered. They came quickly and were delivered on time. Great value and they were very pretty.

I like the appearance as well as the durability since these will be used outside. I have window boxes from the same company and have been very pleased with them. They held up well over the winter without any damage and the black color has stayed nice and dark.

Arrived quickly and I was happy to find everything together upon unboxing. Literally the only extra piece is a optional plug. if you manually want to drill a drainage hole. The boxes were as described and look great and durable. I purchased to house 2 48" Arborvite's (faux) to frame my front door on either side. These are simple, classy if set up right and durably formed heavy duty plastic/resin. The price was super competitive in comparison to similar options. For me, wood boxes were out due to not wanting bugs make my front door area home. Would highly recommend.

Only the price but I'm sure it will really do good while at the beach in the sun all the time! 🌞oh it has a water holder on the inside so your plant will always have water but not flooded. 👏
