The product was described. It has no odour of the material of construction (as you would have from a rubberized product), it does not sweat and is non allergic and soft on the skin. That it does not sweat (i.e. there is no condensation of atmospheric moisture on the outer layer of the bag in spite of its holding ice on the inside), is a great convenience of use. It is also compact, supple and easy to manipulate and hug the contour of the surface of the body on which it is applied. It is also elegant and leak proof. Kudos to the designers and manufacturers of this product!

Works nicely😍 happy to get I thought to purchase itt once i saw this on amazon at very reasonable price. It helps to reduce headaches, pain, swelling, and joint pain. Its really durable to use and ice pack is perfect for to get rid of aches and pains,Fill bag 2/3 full with ice and cold water ..an daplly slowly on the infection area or where its paining. I wanted a simple colour. I'm not particularly finicky about it: it could have been blue, red, yellow, purple...whatever. Even though I was under the impression that it was going to be the navy blue color as posted on the picture.Turns out it was a rubber duck pattern, which is all cute and stuff, but I mean come on...that's pushing it.This should have been advertised that we get them in crazy patterns.

The product quality is very good and it is easy to use and it doesn't leak as well. It can be used as both cold and hot bag and also the cloth is so soft that it doesn't irritate on skin, which is a added benefit. As it is compact, it handy and can carried easily. Over all the product is worth the price!

Product is having awesome design from outside. Small and easy to carry anywhere like on trips to hilly areas where pain happens usually due to walking on hills currently bought this for my neck pain and it provides me instant relief. Earlier we used to wrap Ice cubes in handkercheif and then use the same but once the ice starts melting then it makes us wet. But as I bought this product then there would not be any tension of water as there is no leakage at all.

This product was damaged on the first day itself. Because of it mentioned as Amazon's choice we have bought it. We could not even replace this defective product. My money was wasted and I will not buy such product from online portal in future.
