Works great!
Fits perfectly in my MC55. A fully charged unit seems to last longer than the original factory-installed unit (although that battery is about 6 years old). The only caveat is that this replacement battery is a little thicker than the original and, while it fits perfectly in the MC55 the back sticks out a bit more making the device "wobbly" if you plan on laying your device flat on its back which I sometimes have to do).

Last longer then orginial battery
Works great. Easily last longer then 2 hours off the charger. Have recommend my company purchase more for the fleet.

Battery fits great and is thicker than the original battery
Bought this for my ordering machine at my hardware store. Battery fits great and is thicker than the original battery, therefore I assumed it would hold a charge much longer than the original,,,,, I was greatly wrong. With the battery being thicker It wont fit in the pistol grip attachment and the charge will only last about 6 hours until I have to remove the battery from the machine and place it in the charger by itself. The original would hold a charge for about 4 days until needing recharging and I could place the entire machine in the charger to charge the battery. This replacement battery could be a dud or it's just not a satisfactory replacement. I would not recommend this product as a replacement. Good luck.

"New" Battery only lasted 3 months!
I received this battery December 5, 2017. It is for one of our palm pilots that we use at the University to scan tracking numbers for delivering employee packages. On March 27th, 2017, the battery died. This was supposed to be a new battery and for it to stop working in 3 months is outrageous. The palm pilots are only used for a few hours in the morning and usually our batteries last well over a year.

Battery did not fit
The battery was too thick and did not allow us to use the trigger attachment on the scanner.

Not lasting long at all
The batteries, all 3 of them are not holding a charge longer than 3-4 hours, which is about the same as the batteries they were supposed to be replacing.
