Buds unpaired themselves, won't reconnect
I love the concept, but this particular pair disconnected from one another spontaneously and refuse to reconnect. Since I wasn't looking for a mono earbud, this has been really frustrating as I have searched for solutions and tried to follow the suggestions posted here on Amazon to re-pair the earbuds without success. I see no option but to return them; again - very frustrating. I traveled without my iPhone X compatible wired earbuds because I was counting on these, so now I will have to replace with some wired buds that I don't want. Did I mention that this situation has made me feel quite frustrated? ;)

Decent but huge flaw.
I’ve had these for a couple months now. They sound ok, not the best for my kind of music but they did a decent job. I like how they auto connect but it’s kind of confusing to figure out when you are using one ear bud and it’s not connecting. Small issues here and there but my biggest complaint is the case and the ear buds. Unless you’re using the smallest ear bud, any of the other ones will not fit in the hole they go in to charge. It’s really inconvenient and annoying to have to remove the earbuds to put them in the case to charge. Huge design flaw. Also I’m not a fan of the extremely heavy asian accent voice prompt that lets you know when they’re connected/on/off.

Surprisingly good, for inexpensive Bluetooth earbuds--except for that "Deep Bass" part
Well, my title says it best; Zingbird's 5.0 True Wireless Earbuds are actually pretty good earbuds. Once you get the sense of things, they pair fairly easily, and they sound good, especially if you're listening to podcasts or spoken books. What really impressed me, though, is that their latency when watching "talking head"-type YouTube videos is tiny. When you're watching a video where someone is talking, you don't feel like you're watching a badly-dubbed foreign movie that just happens to be speaking in your own language. They're also very lightweight and, with the three different ear foam sizes, should fit very comfortably in most people's ears, while allowing for long-term wear. What they are not, however, is "Deep Bass". Unfortunately, when it comes to listening to music, I found the earbuds to be quite tinny-sounding, rather like a holding two transistor radios to your ears, only without the static. That is, unless you push them farther into, then hold them in, your ears.I think Zing's 5.0 True Wireless Earbuds will be fine if you're using them when you exercise, or, as I mentioned before, listening to podcasts or audio books. But if you're buying these with the idea of having a great music listening experience, you might want to give some of the (slightly) more expensive offerings that tout "Deep Bass" a try.

Don’t lose the rubber piece, other than that, great. Why no longer available?
I bought these for my son and then ended up buying myself a pair because he recommended them so highly.ComfortableClear soundLong battery lifeCan listen using either side aloneDecent caseThe only con was that the rubber part that goes in your ear isn’t a regular size. It’s the perfect size for me but I lost one and a regular replacement doesn’t work. They don’t come with extras. I tried several that came with other sets I had tried and even though they fit on the ear bud, you have to take it off to put the bud in the case for charging.I’m really sad these aren’t available any longer. I’ve tried several other companies and haven’t found them to be nearly as good as these so far.

Garbage! 👎👎👎👎
Garbage! 👎👎👎👎not loud. awful sounding bass. The fit is awful! The case doesn't stand up! Paring was the only thing I liked. very disappointed, can't rely on reviews anymore! Just have to buy and hopefully they sound good and live up to the reviews. These didn't live up to the reviews. I hate wasting time! These were a waste of time and money! 👎👎I hate writing bad reviews. I gave them a full day of wearing them and listening to music all day! Took them out on my mountain bike ei could hear the wind blowing in my ears! Tried all the rubber tips. Couldn't get a tight fit at all. on to the next...

Connection Issues!
Great sound with these earbuds and they fit comfortably by I had to change my review from 5 stars down to two stars due to connectivity issues. I have an iPhone XR and it’s been a nightmare getting both of these earbuds to play music at the same time. One side will connect and play music but when the other side connects it stops playing music on the earbud that was working! Occasionally both earbuds will play music. Now I am past the return policy and stuck with these. So frustrating! I see many other buyers with similar issues and now this item is unavailable. Amazon should be liable for allowing this company to sell their cheap crap on their website. I will be calling Amazon to see if they will provide me a refund.

Don’t spend $ for higher end! This is all you need!
I’m blown away. My Bose 5th pair of wired earbuds went down so it was time to go wireless. I listen to rock music but always needed to set the equalizer to R&B as I want more of the deep bass drum and bass guitar. But always sacrificed clarity by doing that. I read the reviews on these and decided to start here as a good average gauge on what higher end wireless earbuds to purchase later. Well, problem solved. These are better than my wired Bose earbuds AND can actually set it on the “rock” equalizer. Way more clarity, just as good bass too, if not more. I stayed up way too late listening to music only because I couldn’t stop, sounded so great!Just a note, at first I had them tilted in my ear incorrectly and was somewhat disappointed. Once I tilted them up after an hour of incorrect placement it was a game changer. I don’t normally write reviews, but had to on this one because I’m so impressed. You can’t go wrong at this price/quality combo.
