Great dumbbells
I have progressed to using this type and weight of dumbbell at my hospital physio dept after having a bad fall and tearing my rotator cuff in two places. They are an excellent product I only needed one but at 5. 99 for both of them it is extremely good value and I would highly recommend this product.
