Purchased a double order that arrived in a brown envelope. Contents/tea boxes crushed by heavy boot? mail carrier truck? someone's big rear end? which means no gifting, which is why the double order :( The prepackaged bags are inserted into their envelopes upside down so when tearing open the individual envelope, you tear open the fragile paper tea bag's bottom (there is not enough room between to do other wise).. The tea is not overly strong even with long soaking period. DO NOT SQUEEZE THE BAG after soaking as it will burst the bag ... the paper filter bag is that fragile that a tiny pinch will cause content to burst forth.
