I love to wear heels, high heels. However, lately my toes were hurting. One so badly that I went to my Orthopedict Surgeon and paid $300 for PRP. They take blood, spin it and then inject it back into the area that you have pain. Eventually, it will build up the tissue and will eventually, reduce pain in that area. It had worked prior, however, when I read about the toe separators, it seemed like the logical thing to try. They sent two pairs. I keep one set in my purse and another by my bedside. They are very comfortable and actually have totally reduced the pain I had in the areas where the PRP didn't work. I'm going to order another set. I never want to be without them. When I don't have them on, I feel like they are on my feet. I wear them around the house. At the office when no one is there. I wear them when sleeping. If you wear high heels or shoes that have been tight over the years, your toes will be ill-formed. This separates the toes and puts them in the right order.

The toe hole size is so small they cut off circulation after a few minutes. Women's size 9 feet`

I was looking for a non-surgical alternative to assist with hammer toe. After viewing all my options and reading several reviews... I decided to order the gel toe seperators and I'm truly happy with my choice. Besides being extremely affordable, I've been using them from day one.. Starting with 20 minutes in the morning and evening. Very happy with the results and relief from hammer toe. Would Definately recommend...
