Projection Alarm Clock, Digital Clock Projector on Ceiling with Indoor/Outdoor Temperature Display, Dual Alarms, Snooze, Colored Backlight, Weather Forecast, and Battery Backup for Bedroom

This is a great projection clock. I've had it about a week and it works better than any projection clock Ive had before. The other big brand tried to tie all functions into a few buttons. It was very hard to figure out, and the outside sensors died in a year. We had 2 of the O.S. units and I won't buy again. The Dr. Prepare projection clock set up book is little difficult to figure out. It is obviously translated into english by someone with only 75% skills. You have to use country boy logic to figure out what its really trying to say. Once you work past that, its easy to use. The projection changes from inside temp to outside temp about every 5 seconds. The projection reverses on the ceiling but does not rotate. If you place the unit toward the bed then the projection will be sideways on the ceiling. It connects quick to atomic time , unlike the O.S.. So far its working great.

I didnt order this clock. I ordered a basic model but this is nice. Colorful! Nice and bright. Too much info on it and time is smaller than temp.It goes off in middle of the night sometimes.

The clock displays the time and “temp” on the ceiling like it is supposed to. The internal temp sensor is close enough...within a degree or so. However the outdoor sensor has a hard time transmitting 20’ and when it does connect the temp will be 13 degrees one second, 54 degrees the next and all the while it is 60 degrees outside. So if you are looking for an inexpensive display clock with an alarm and really don’t care about the external temp being remotely accurate, this is a good buy.

Love this! Projection works great! It displays real time, indoor and outdoor temperature and was a snap to set up. The brightness control is very effective as well. The only downside, and its minor really, is that the forecast is predicated on the barometric pressure. Wish it was internet connected to get the real forecast but at this price, I have no complaints. One odd thing though, the display shuts down at 3am for two minutes every day. Still looking in the manual for this one.

After having this for several years, I think having an alarm clock do all this stuff just doesn't work. At least, all the functionality that this unit supposedly provides doesn't work for long. The outside temp unit never worked well and stopped working altogether fairly quickly. My favorite part of this unit is the red projected time onto the ceiling - it's bright and easy to see. I use that nightly and, in fact, am now looking for a unit that only does that. I have a smart phone for everything else.

I expect to get at least 5 years out of an alarm clock - heck I have a few basic old digital clocks that are still going strong at 15 years. While I love the projection of the time on the ceiling for nighttime viewing, this alarm just did not last. About 6-8 months after purchasing the daytime display no longer was bright or readable but the nighttime projection still worked, so I kept using it. Now the time is slow by about 2 hours (leading to a nice long sleep-in on a workday for my husband) and the clock no longer responds or responds only intermittently when I’ve tried to reset it. BTW, the clock has been plugged in constantly and also had battery back-up. I’ll be buying another clock today, but unfortunately it will not be this one.

I wanted a clock to put the time on my ceiling. I don’t have to turn and look at a clock. My neck is old and I needed help. I also get the temperature in the room. I do not need it to be an alarm clock. I have Alexia to do that. The clock is pretty with all of it colors but I am glad the brightness is adjustable to tone it done. As for the outside temperature it has not worked for me but I have not spent a lot of time on that item. The booklet furnished as instructions is so small you have a hard time reading with a magnifying glass.

The price had me concerned that the quality may suffer, whether it would be the display, the projector, the weather reading instruments......something. I was pleasantly surprised at just how good a value this really was. It didn't set up as easily as I thought it could, but after 3-4 tries, I finally got the whole setup integrated correctly and haven't looked back. I love being able to turn the display down so the entire room isn't lit up, and projection isn't so bright that it lights up the room but is still exceptionally clear and very easy to read.
