My grandson's favorite book!
My 14 month old grandson's name is Finn which is why I bought the book. This is his absolute favorite book and we read it over and over. Every time we get to the end of the book and the end Finn's fit, he smiles and laughs. Hes happy because Finn is happy. We love the illustrations, and love to point out lots of details.

Wonderful!
I bought this book for my 2 yr old daughter and I love reading it to her. This book is perfect for almost any young child... or parent! It is a great description of a day in the life of a toddler and how they change their minds and moods at the drop of a hat! I love it and would recommend it... i will be buying more as gifts for other parents and toddlers!

Cute book for my baby, Finn
Love this book. My son is named Finn and this book is too cute. He loves it when I read it to him. He’ll love it more when he can read.

Good story-Bad illustration
I purchased this book because it was recommended for teaching my children about dealing with their emotions. My children(ages 3 and 4) really like this book. I enjoyed the story, but I did not like the illustration. In the book, as a toddler is throwing a huge fit, his parents are depicted as being scared of the child. They are doing everything they can to appease the child, but to no avail. I would not recommend this book to anyone who has a child with anger issues.

Beautifully Illustrated Read
Adorable book for a younger child; it goes through the motions of a tantrum and uses amazing illustrations to emulate the child's feelings

Fresh new kids' book with great illustrations
I have given this to two sets of grandchildren (one of whom is actually named "Fin"), and it has been a hit. Plus I hear it receives positive comments from visitors who drop by and happen to pick it up. Amusing but not "childish."

My son was having terrible tantrums and we bought several books to read to him while he's in the middle of it, he requests to read them now. I remind him he's being like Finn and sometimes just that will bring him out of a tantrum. Illustrations are great.

Great for learning about weather and emotions.
Our two year old son absolutely loves this book. We originally bought it on a recommendation and weren't terribly keen on the artwork, but thought that it was a nice way of introducing the different weather concepts to our son. Now, we have found another (better!) use for the book--our son loves to have it read to him when he is feeling angry or upset. He watches Finn go through his own tantrum and it really helps to calm him down. He can ride out the storm with Finn, so to speak, and we like that nothing in the story makes him feel guilty for his emotions. This book is, hands down, the favourite book in our house. Even when he isn't feeling grumpy it is the first book he wants to read, and we often find him reading it to himself (and shaking the book around on the earthquake page!)
