It's a condensate pump, not really much else to say.
As stated before, its a pump that you should just install and walk away from. We had the older version and somehow the lower body got cracked, don't think it was a flaw, I think someone ran something into it. Anyway, I replaced it with this one and plugged everything in, works great. I dig that you can turn on the pump when you want to as well as it running automatically. I really like that the pump mechanism itself is slightly recessed, so you don't get that lower water slime that happens on the flat bottom basins. Works well, probably won't need another one for quite some time.

Hook it up to a dehumidifier and run this baby day and night.
Using this with a room dehumidifier in a basement so I don't have to bother dumping the bucket. Some dehumidifiers come with a built in pump but decided to go with an external one in case it fails, I wouldnt have to replace the dehumidifier too. Used continually for 6 months without any issue at all. It's only lifting water around 6 feet so not much of a challenge. This unit is absolutely silent...the only way I can tell it's working other then the lights is watching the water moving up the clear tube. I had some questions regarding cleaning the unit and their customer service was excellent, returned my call in a timely manner. Highly recommended.Update - still works perfectly. Comment regarding others worth less then desirable results.... are you doing regular cleaning cycles? Never use bleach to clean the tank!

Doesnt work
Wont automatically pump; tried to ask company for any remedies I can try and it has been crikets.

Overall I really liked the pump when it was actually working correctly
Pump failed after 4 months constant alarm mode trying to pump out no water in the tank. Switched back to the old one temporary the old one just couldnt handle all the water from the AC but the furnace produces less water. I will see if I can get one from a store next time so its easier to take back. Overall I really liked the pump when it was actually working correctly.
