Solair Room, Car and Desktop Portable 5 Stage Air Purifier with Home and Car Adapters

Received a product which was very clearly used and not new. The box was falling apart, did not come with a home adapter as stated in the product title, only came with a car charger, and was missing the cotton pad for the fragrance compartment. When I purchase something that is sold as new, that's what I expect to get, not something that has been poorly reboxed while missing components. Spend the few extra bucks and buy something from a legitimate brand instead.

It does filter dust from around a computer area. It is not as good for smells. However notice there are no replacement filters listed (although you can find them online for about 22 dollars plus shipping) It is not HEPA and really isn't going to do much for allergies. However its small size means it can fit right on top of a desktop computer - none of the other models I compared it with can do that. Its been a year, the filters need replacement. I couldn't bring myself to just buy another unit, but I also didn't see anything I liked better for a small computer space. So I will use a screw driver and put in new filters..

When I first purchased this, I was not sure it was working because it was so quiet. I bought it for my vehicle primarily and also my office. I have severe allergies and this seems to help quite a bit. The bad new is that I dropped it and now it is not so quiet. However, it is still functioning in spite of a hard drop onto cement. So, it is built to last.

I have one of these air purifiers already and purchased this one as an extra. I was surprised to find that the unit had been previously used. The filters were wide open and installed in the unit (last time I bought this exact product, the filters were wrapped in plastic and I had to install them myself) and the hepa filter had dust on it. It was clearly used. This is a serious violation; selling a product as new when it's not. Further, this is a health hazard to someone with an anaphylactic dust and mold allergy. Please don't re-sell used air purifiers as new! If i wanted a used one, I would pay less money and buy a used one. Buyer beware.The reason I bought a second one is that the first one was dying after 6 months. The product is cheap anyway.

This is a great little unit. Small enough you can put it any where. It has really helped with the pet smell and smoke from my husband. I love how you can add the oils to it for add sent to the room. I haven't used it in the car yet, however I am sure that it would work great there too. We live in an older RV and it has really cleaned up the air. When we have cleaned it , we just open and take a air can to it. It has worked really great. Maybe because we clean it about once a week. This is worth buying. I would recommend this to anyone who needs clean air in a small space.

Unfortunately, this ran for a couple of weeks and then abruptly stopped working after a series of strange noises. Very poor quality, didn't make any noticeable difference.

Got this for my RV. Comes with a 110v and a 12v adapter plug. Works pretty good. Takes about ten minutes after plugging in to get up to proper speed. For the price it's a great buy and I would recommend.
