I am the only idiot who bought 3 of these. So I can give you an idea on sizing as the chart does not really help. I am 5'11' 225 lbs with 48" chest and 40" waist. So I fit in the in between area according to the chart. I saw they ran small to I first purchased the 5 XL, way to big. Next purchase was a 4 XL, still big. Then went down to a large because I wanted something a little snug not loose fitting like the other two. The large is a little tight and have to suck in my tummy and hold the vest out to zip it up but this is what I wanted. It works great, sweat like a mad man. I put it on and push mow the yard for a nice workout. Just wipe down with water after. It does smell out of the package which is the material but don't notice it once it on and doing things.So after all that if I got my regular shirt size XL and forgot the chart I would have been satisfied but I really like the snug fight with the large. I live in the great Northeast so I can use the other two under my coat when winter hits, so they are still of use to me.

I am 6'4 200lbs with a rather slim build, but I started to gain a bit of a stomach so I had to combat that ASAP! I bought this after I realized that a vest without a zipper is a NIGHTMARE trying to remove!! Mind you I only tried it on, didn't even work out in it. Anyway, this vest is MUCH better. Easy to put on and remove. It is also reversible which is a cool feature. The only issue I have with this vest is that it is a tad too short. When say a tad, it is only short by 2 inches tops. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning. In terms of the fit, it will ultimately vary depending on how large your mid section is. For me it is fairly true to size unlike other vest on the market where you have to order 1 and 2 sizes up. Overall I like the product and hope to see results.

I bought this to replace a suit that covers top and bottom because I found it too difficult to get out of. The quality is good, but it fits larger than I expected. But I like it enough to order a second one in the next smaller size. I thought a large would be good, but I need a medium. Note that at least one other reviewer has made a nearly identical review. Try it on, but if it's not tight enough, get a refund, I've already ruined mine.

I like this Neoprene Zip Tank Top. It fits as described when I ordered it. I think it would be a great addition to anyone's workout. I love that it has a zipper in the front. That helps get it on and off without any trouble because of the perspiration.

Awesome product I'm 5'9 174 pounds and I ordered a medium the medium was a little to big so I'll order the small so it could hold me in better while I workout i sent the medium back and receive my refund very fast awesome😃

I got this to help me sweat and it works perfectly. I am a 38DDD and if you order according to the size chart it will do what it's designed to do.

works well for support of back and stomach muscles very good when lifting weights it could use a bit more of the material that make you sweat but all in all very good product

It is great, I bought it to keep my back warm. I loved it so, I ordered a second one to be sure that when I wash it I have another one to wear.
