Not sodium free
I read reviews on this and there seems to be some question bout sodium content. The nutrition label indicates each packet has 1100 MG ossodium, I have purchased toe soduum free variety and they are lovely and I add potassium chloride )no salt or other salt substitute). I do still like these salty little devils tho. ;-) as a broth it tastes on par with cambells chicken noodle soup. Very good. :-) beef is also great. Just not all Herb ox are sodium free. I find the add will say if it is. :-) I checked after I bought this one thinking likewise and assumed its sodium free. So…a my bad turned out to be really tasty error. Its wonderful if used in a meal tht is for 3 or 4 people. :-)

I just add dried veggies and meat and have meal that will not raise my blood pressure

Great product, salt and gluten free
I can tell you how happy I am they have not only unsalted but gluten free chicken broth bouillon, I have watch my salt intake and have to follow a gluten free diet. This allows me to have a great tasting soup without those added items. Thanks.
