Optix 20-ounce Plastic Tumblers | set of 8 in 4 Basic Colors

I love the look of these acrylic glasses. They are made from a material that is crystal clear and the colors are rich and bright . They look like glass. Only when you touch them, and feel how lightweight they are, can you tell they are not glass.. They are a very large 20 oz. but the glass isn't so big around that I can't hold it securely. They are plastic but not unbreakable. They are made from a very hard plastic that I can see cracking if allowed to drop onto a hard surface. The price was great for 8 glasses. They nest one inside the other. Dishwasher safe (top rack). And they are even made in the USA and are BPA free!

I was visiting my elderly father, and he broke a glass full of ice. He said he doesn't know how it happened. Must have been wet or slippery on the outside or he knocked it off the edge of the counter.Thick shards of glass went everywhere. He uses a cane, and lives alone, and it would have been dangerous to clean up.It could have killed him if he got cut or fell on the sharp glass sticking up. Plus he was in his stocking feet. If I hadn't been there, I don't know what he would have done.I realized that we needed to order plastic glasses immediately.I ordered these for him, and he is using them. I like them. They aren't heavy to carry and they are in attractive colors. I like the extra width at the top.I put in dishwasher and they cleaned up nicely - on top shelf.The only thing I noted was the bottoms collected a little water when I put them in dishwasher and washed them. So, when you take them out of dishwasher, there is a little bit of water on the indentation on the bottom. So, the bottoms are wet when you want to put them in cupboard.You may want to dry them manually, or let them sit in dishwasher longer to dry. It could be our dishwasher, but I hadn't noticed it on other cups and glasses. Of course, they are the breakable ones, and we don't want him using those.Otherwise, these plastic glasses are perfect.

I purchased the 20 oz set of these tumblers because of the lovely swirl design and the great colors. I sit at a desk all day and sometimes I get so wrapped up in my work, I forget to get up and get fluids to stay hydrated. This set, combined with a 2 quart Rubbermaid carafe, was my idea of a solution. Unfortunately, one of the greet tumblers arrived cracked from top to bottom. I contacted the seller, and they were *fantastic* - they immediately shipped another set. Great customer service, for sure.I'm happy to say, my solution works quite well. The carafe I found has a leak-proof lid and a filtered spout, so I keep iced fluids in that and pour into my 20 oz cup while I work. Everybody at work loves the cups (I put several in the break room so others can stay hydrated, too). Nice rim, beautiful colors and very stylish swirl pattern that looks like diamonds when you hold the glass up to eye level. I would never put these in a dishwasher because they're just perfect the way they are - I'd hate to see them become dull and powdery looking.

These are nice tumblers. I wish they had the "coastal" option when I bought them. I really do not like the red or the green, though it might be fun at Christmas time. I wish they were just a little thicker and heavier--they feel like cheap plastic. They hold more liquid than you would think. They are even more beautiful when filled with water. Several reviewers complained about the sharp edges. My set had one glass like this, but I don't think it is sharp enough to cut someone, even if you tried. Another issue is the size of the opening. I have average sized hands, and it is impossible for me to reach the bottom of the glasses with plastic gloves on when washing dishes. A woman probably would not have this problem. If all you drink out of them is water, you might not be concerned with washing the bottom of the glass. I don't regret buying them.

I bought these to give to my boys to use downstairs in our den because I got tired of all my plates & cups going downstairs to never return. These are fantastic! Being the graceful person that I am, I immediately dropped one and figured it would be cracked or scratched up as I dropped on our ceramic tile. Happily, I couldn't even tell it had been dropped! They are a perfect size, good weight, feel very durable and so pretty to top it all off. The colors are vibrant which this picture does not do them justice. The design makes them look pretty. especially for such a reasonably priced set. I have no concerns for them not holding up to a bunch of teenage and older boys. I am so thrilled I am ordering another set!

These are easy to clean and look quite pretty and elegant. Plus they hold 20 oz! My sister makes our other sister a breakfast smoothie about 3 days per week and the other glasses were always too small or hard to wash and get clean. These are a breeze to get clean and look very pretty. No more wasted smoothies either!

These are great, I love the size. Easy to hold and easy to clean. Finally found tumblers that will easily hold ice and liquid for a LARGE drink. They should be hand washed. Multiple washes in the dishwasher will eventually crack the bottoms but I'm not complaining. These glasses are totally worth the price, and beautiful colors.

We moved into a house with granite counters and our glass drinking glasses would shatter into a million pieces every time they fell. After cleaning up broken glass on too many occasions, I decided to search for plastic cups. These were the best option for our family of four. I loved that each of us could have our own color, they would not break and I could put them in the dishwasher (all wins for me!). We love them and use them every day. Each family member has their own color so there is no confusion about which water cup belongs to which person. My only complaint is that there is a lip on the bottom of the cup, so after it goes through the dishwasher water collects in the little space on the bottom of the cup and I have to empty that out and wipe it dry. So, I guess if I could change the design to be completely smooth and flat on the bottom, that would be the only thing I would adjust. I included a picture of the "lip" on the bottom.

Estos vasos los compre en menos de 500, están increíbles, y no he tenido ningún problema. Ahora están mucho más caros, no se porque.

Ein schöner Becher...hat aber einen Nachteil. Der Boden ist ein wenig nach innen gearbeitet. So sammelt sich in der Spülmaschine das Wasser weil es nicht ablaufen kann. Schlecht durchdacht.

Excelente tamaño y material. Muy buena relación costo - calidad.

They look great & are a nice size. Worth the money!
