They are cute and comfy but I would have preferred a bigger size

Very nice, comfortable and warm,great product,bought as currently unable to walk much and feet are always cold, now i am warm and can walk safely and not slip.good quality and strong,had lots of compliments on them

Ok apart from some of the buttons are looking like they are about to fall off. The other buttons are nice and strongly attached so might have to get the needle and cotton out.

Had to go up a size but they are warm and cosy.

Bought these as a small Christmas gift for my wife. She really likes them but after just two wears, both the decorative buttons on the right foot slipper came away.It’s probably just a small quality issue with the pair we were issued and we would’ve liked to arrange a replacement but it seems the only option available is to return and await a refund. Hardly seems worth the effort to arrange and you’re never guaranteed a refund if the items aren’t returned in pristine condition, probably easier to sew the buttons back on but then this shouldn’t be required with any brand new item of footwear.I would’ve preferred to inform the supplier directly rather than post negative feedback publicly, I attempted to find a way to raise a query but the only option I could see was to request a refund.So, my feedback to the supplier would be as follows..Nice slippers, look good, feel warm and comfortable, quality not good (in our experience).Shame 😕

The slippers are lovely and comfortable I brought them for my wife for Christmas but a few days after wearing them 1 button on the side fell off. And now a few weeks later another button fell off. Not happy about this to be honest. I was expecting them to last a while considering how much they are.

Really warm, stylish and good value for money

These look great, very soft and match my adorable grey dressing gown. They are a small 5/6 hoping that as the fur & cushioning wears they will not feel so tight 👍 Good quality and happy with the soles, I'm sure they will last!
