Pier fishing
Good telescopic rod. Very compact and fits nicely in a small backpack. Caught mackerel and rod and reel worked well.

Expensive junk
Disappointed after the good reviews on this rod. Was due to return the item due to rocking reel seat as well as metal scratching the rod every time it was extended for use. Only used a handful of times. Rod snapped whilst attempting to lift a 3lb ish pollack onto the rocks during some LRF. Unfortunately couldn’t retrieve the fish or rod due to deep water and ended up cutting line which is not ideal for the hooked fish. I paid approx £90 for this rod. I also purchased the smaller 7-24g rod which seems far superior built with an improved reel seat “plussino bronze warrior” which I’m very happy with. Amazon return process started-just need to get the time off work to post it back...

It has a weakness
Didn't get to use it as I tried to extend it and the tip wouldn't go back down then I heard a crack then it snapped it looks like it's made out of plastic so have to return ,it's a shame because I was looking forward to use it
