Worked Great, Even for a Novice!
I got these to cut holes in bottles for bottle lights. I have never used this type of bit before, but after 2 bottles, I had it down pretty good. I realized I didn't really need all of the sizes, just the 3/4 for the bottle lights, but found the largest bit 1 5/8 to be useful to cut a hole in the bottom of a bottle to insert a tea candle so I was happy about that. There are YouTube videos that show you how to use them, I found that marking the start position of the hole was extra helpful, then I put the bit at a 45 degree angle to basically cut into the glass to get it started. At first is tends to slide around a little, but the mark and a slower speed helps you keep it in place.I made sure to have a hose with a slow steady stream of water kept the bits cool. Once I made the first mark at a 45 degree angle, a slowly turned the drill upwards continuing at a slow steady speed I finally got the bit flat on the glass and it didn't slide around. I found putting pressure on the drill cause minor chipping around the hole. It seems there is no need for pressure nor high speed to make the cuts. After about 3-5 minutes I had drilled a nice round hole.I was very pleased with how the bits held up so far with 7 holes and hope they give me many more uses.I highly recommend the bits, shipping was fast, the worked well and fit my cordless drill perfectly.I'll update this should I run into anything new or to update how many holes I get out of one bit.Until then, Cheers and Vidimo Se!

Worked great!
We remodeled a bathroom with new flooring. Needed to cut a hole in the tile & backer board for the tub drain. I wanted the hole to be very close to the drain pipe size. One of the hole bits was the size I needed and it worked great. I had a fellow helping that was impressed with it also.

these are great bits. They worked really well for cutting holes ...
As everybody else said, these are great bits. They worked really well for cutting holes in salvage granite for a vanity. I didn't realize this when I bought it, but figured it's worth clarifying for everybody else: THEY ARE NOT DEEP ENOUGH FOR 3CM GRANITE. They're really close, but it won't quite go through. Since I was using two of the bigger bits for a sink hole and faucet, I was able to use the smaller bits to break enough of the "inside" hole down to cut the rest of the way through with the bigger bit. It's still 5 stars to me, since you can't beat the price and it did eventually work, it just took some coaxing.

Only good for thinner than 1 1/4"
The bit quality is pretty good for the price. These bits are not going to cut very many holes. But, that should be relatively obvious from the price. One high quality Bosch would run you 2-3x the price of this entire set. My problem with these bits, is they are not deep enough to drill through 3cm granite slab. I was on a deadline when my other bit ran out of diamond and quickly got these ordered to finish the job. I made sure to read in the product description that they would in fact cut through 1 1/4 " material. That is what we commonly call 3cm material in the U.S. It did not. it fell about 1/8" short and I was forced to hit the center slug with a hammer and dowel. Not ideal and can crack out granite underneath. I got lucky and it worked with minimal damage. These bits would be fine for 2cm and natural stone tiles.

Awesome for the price
These worked perfectly to cut a drain and faucet hole in granite for our coffee bar. As others have noted, I used a scrap piece of wood to create a guide to get the drill started. Then make sure to keep waternon it as you drill and it will make a clean precise hole.

Shocked how good they were for being cheap
Shocked how good they were for being cheap. ( these are disposable for sure but.... ) With proper care, going slow and using lots of water... these cutters have been used many times... ( make a chase out of wood for example -- to insert the bit into. to help guide it will save time and make it so much easier to cut well)

These performed very well. I put my floor tiles in a pan of water and it was fairly easy to hand guide my drill to make nice clean holes.
