They've made a pretty good job in this book.

This is a good book to give you ideas, though not quite a 'how to' book. It does give a lot of information about what you can't achieve. It contains some really useful hints and tips, and helps to encourage the necessary change in mind-set from print to online / onscreen publishing. A very usefu book, filling a gap in the market.
