Here is an update review for our coo coo clock.it is now over 10 years old. It has never missed a second of time. It’s been dropped and moved over the years, and it keeps on going without any needed maintenance. It is the best clock ever. We will definitely buy another clock soon, for another room we have. This clock maker is outstanding! Highly recommend!I purchased this handmade wooden cuckcoo clock for my wifes birthday. I was more than impressed with the quality and care put into making this clock. The clock will be in our family for a very long time and I am so happy I chose August Schwer. looks great it was moms christmas present instructions confused me. i damaged it and being her present, bought another one so i have 2 and one working you know how much they cost.

The chains came apart from winding. Left several message in regards to the repair and no one has gotten back with me.

All I can say is WOW! My husband and I absolutely love this clock.
