My dad had hip surgery and did not like that he needed as much help as he did, i got him this to give him some control back, using this product he was able to lift his leg to put it on his foam wedge so he could elevate it to relieve the swelling it on his own, this is just a small thing, but for someone who is use to doing everything on his own and now having to rely on all of use for something as basic as raising his leg while he recovers, this makes him happy to be able to be doing something on his own again now!

This little contraption is great! I got it for my mother who has no feeling/sensation going down her leg and has lots of problems with it. She had many issues getting that leg to cooperate when getting in a vehicle. With this handy tool, all you have to do is loop it around your foot and pull your leg on into the truck. It really seems like such a simple tool, but when you have the issue momma does it can quickly become one of the handiest tools you have! I would highly recommend.

Was very surprised at the quality of this, very nice and does the job. I like that it is moldable to a shape so I can easily get my foot into it. I recently became unable to move my left leg almost at and it makes me panic. This leg lifter helps majorly with it and gives me a little independence while I deal with this.

It works as a leg lifter, but the material on it rotates and twists. We used one in the hospital that was similar, but it didn't slip and slide around the metal rod. I think if they sewed the material not only at the edges, but also along both sides of the wire that is inside, it would be a better product. It works, but can't give it a great review.

Nothing to like about this product.Feels like a broken stick from the foot loop up to the handle loop.Very poorly made, and even .05 would be too much to pay.Out my money, and very UNHAPPY with this purchase.I'm handicap and this makes more work for me to send it back.Amazon, take this junk off of here...Please.

it is basically a flexible stick with a stirrup on one end and a strap on the other. But it works perfectly. I have a drop foot, I can lift my leg a little but I can't get my toes up. I used to tug on my pants or shorts and struggled to get my foot in the car, now one little pull and my foot is in. I use it several times a day and love it. I plan on getting 2 more to keep in my niece's car and in her husband's so I won't be in danger of forgetting it when I get out.

I have leg trouble and it was nearly impossible to get my legs into bed without help. I saw this and thought I would give it a try. My physical therapist was beside herself with ways to help me, she had run out of ideas. I got this and it works. Granted I have an electric hospital bed that goes down to about 20" 's off the floor and that makes it easier to lift the legs into the bed. But now I can actually get in and out of the bed. Best purchase I have made.
