I am pleased with the comfort of this pad but I don’t think it will last long as anything that you put on it marks it really easily. (Hence only four stars)The comfort is the most important for me though as I have arthritis in my knees and find it difficult to be on the floor. For that. It’s amazing

A great mat which cushions the knees well!

Bought this for knee support (I have knee osteoarthritis) when doing yoga and I’m so glad I did! It really does help - exceeded my expectations - my knees barely hurt during or after a session. Exactly right thickness and softness. It’s also good for shoulder support during shoulder stand. Added bonus of being really cheap.

I wanted a knee pad to cushion my knees whilst doing things like from the knee press ups and stretches where I kneel as my knees are very bony and I bruise so easily. This knee pad is perfect for that, before I constantly had bruises on my knees and it was painful to exercise but now I have no issues, highly recommend!
