Worked great for me
I used Rain Gard Densifier on a portion of my basement floor where some plumbing was exposed and repaired. The concrete patching while cured, continued to “dust off” and case continuous dust. This hardened this top layer and eliminated the dusting and abrasion. It only covered maybe 100ft2 but was easy to apply by paint roller for this project

Works but will get expensive quickly for the amount needed
This stuff is good but the amount of coverage is not. It will cost a lot to seal a decent sized area

Easy to use.
Goes on easy with a good sprayer. My first use but so far it seems quite water resistant.

Expensive bottle of water maybe?
Not really sure what this was supposed to door, seemed more like expensive water and I couldn't actually tell if it had anything in it beside just water.I did a few different application on a concrete counter, concrete wall and floor and no visible changes or affect on the dusting or polishing, so Im skeptical

Professional Product
I actually really liked using this product. I happen to be a contractor in the construction marketplace so I am very familiar with Densifiers.Keep in mind, you can apply this and protect/harden your concrete with a natural finish, or you can come back with a polishing pad, specifically a Diamond tipped one and create a high gloss finish like a Costco concrete floor, but that requires special work.

Don't Know What You're Getting
I have a new slab getting ready for a new garage. I wanted to use the Densifier LS. I started putting it on, first 3 gal was opaque white, Ok, the next 2 gal were clear. I notified Manufacture and they sent me 2 more. One was clear and the 2nd was transparent white.??? I had 2 more coming from Amazon and 0ne was white and the other was clear. ALL of these were labeled Microseal Densifier LS. The builders were coming so i had to get this done. I gave up and put all the rest on. I don't know what i have but I think most has a surface waterproofing applied with a penetrating substance applied on top. Wish I had just gone to Home Depot and bought what ever they had.

Poor results
Ground the concrete and applied as per instructions for a 400 sq ft to car garage. This is definitely not a sealer even though it's called micro seal. Water still seeps into concrete after 2 coats of this stuff. Tried buffing a spot to 1500 grit diamond polish pad and it looks the same as the unpolished portion next to it except now it has a blue sheen.
