I can’t believe I didn’t find these sooner. I just received them today and have already ordered more. These are strong and sturdy but surprisingly lightweight. Perfect for everything from standard cowboy boots to stiff leather Fryes and floppy suede Stuart Weitzmans. Pro-tip: for floppy over-the-knee boots, use two pairs. One all the way down in the bottom and one half-way up. They stay in place when you “release” them in the boot so no need to glue or tape them together.

These are super easy to use, and they do roll up and fit into any boot.I have some very soft leather boots that are a snug fit, from the slender ankles all the way up. They flop over on their own, so I was excited to see these boot shapers. When I rolled one up and inserted it into the boot, I could see immediately that over time, the edge of the shaper would leave a mark. The plastic unrolls as much as it can after it’s inserted into the boot. So there is a vertical hard line made by the plastic. I could see that over time, it would damage the boot. I took it out immediately.These are very fine, thin, Italian boots made for fashion/looks more than function, and they’re not as sturdy as a riding boot. My guess is that these shapers work just fine with riding boots and other, thicker leather boots. I didn’t bother trying them out on my other boots though.If you think about it though, sturdier, thicker boots tend to stand up on their own and wouldn’t need a shaper like this to stand.Either way, I think it is better to get the soft, cedar-stuffed shapers if you just want something to hold the shape.

When I first received them I had forgotten what I ordered. Once I opened the package I realized they were for my boots and I immediately put them in my tall boots. There are five pairs and worth the money and will save your boots from slouching, losing shape or getting damaged in the closet if things ever get piled up. Just roll and slide in your boots.

I am not sure why this review system asks me to evaluate stretch. They aren’t stretchy, but they bend well. I have several tall boots, which a couple I already had the other kind of spring shaper boot supports for. I wanted more to use with the remaining boots and these were more economical. They do a great job, so well that I won’t buy the spring action ones again. I have mostly wide calf boots and these fit very well. Can be rolled up tight to fit in the boot easily. And definitely better than the magazine trick. They have a little open circle near the top to easy pull the plastic out of boots. If this is your first time buying boot supports for storage, I highly recommend giving these a try first.

It seemed like a good idea... maybe it was the music or the beer but Nashville was fun. Walking to the shuttle we found a store and bought them. Thanks to this product they will stand tall in the closet waiting for us to wear them.

These are the best! Before I bought these, my boots were stuffed with the paper and styrofoam they came with. My boot storage looked messy but these make everything orderly and uniform. They're a flexible plastic and are not flimsy.

Easy to use, work on my high boots, mid-length boots, and short boots. Look good too. No more magazines stuffed inside my boots!
