My Kids Love It!
My daughers love when I roll this across the floor for them to color on. They will lay on the floor and draw/color for hours. The paper is a decent thickness so it doesn't rip easily accidentally. A great size to lay a big piece over a table top as well.

Wrapped over 50 presents-love this stuff!
I have used almost all of my roll. It arrived in perfect condition, one day early. It was well packaged. I used this to wrap presents. I liked how well it covered the boxes and the roll was a nice size to work with. The brown kraft color is exactly as shown. It's easy to decorate if you're so inclined. The paper is quite strong, I was able to wrap some unique shaped items and the paper held up to whatever I asked it to do. So far I have wrapped over 50 presents, so this is a great value. I can't imagine how much this would have cost using regular holiday wrapping paper. I have no complaints about this product at all.

Good for shipping. Good price, good value, only if you need this much paper.
A GOOD SUBSTITUTE FOR SHIPPING PAPER THOUGH LIGHTERMy prior use of paper, was actual a roll from Scotch at 60#. This paper seemed much thinner and my first thought was that I hope it was as durable for shipping. This is all I use this paper for. So far it has worked well and I have not found the paper to be too light for shipping. It has never ripped when I have used it for wrapping.SAVE SOME MONEY DUE TO COST AND LESS WASTEScotch 30 in x 30 ft. roll of 60# paper at Target was $4.29. ($3.99 here in Amazon)This roll of 30 in x 150 ft. roll of 40# paper at Amazon was $20.75 and would be $4.15 for a similar amount. So the savings is not that extreme. However I think the waste is less. If you think about it, when I get to the end of a roll, it won’t necessarily match what I need, so some will be wasted. I essentially put off the end of the roll 4 times (as 150 is 5 x 30), so I had less waste besides. Of course this is only useful to you if you need this much paper.Don’t forget though 60# weight which is what you you find in the store most often, is heavier than the 40# here.BOX IN CAME IN HANDY FOR STORAGEThis paper came in a long box that it fit well in, so for storage, I have kept it in the box. That has worked well, so the paper end did not get ripped or crushed in my closet in storage. The plastic end pieces that can be used to mount it on a roller, slide out, so kind of tricky if you grab them to pull the roll out of the box.

Teacher Here
I used this as butcher paper to redo all of the bulletin boards in my class. Because of the width, I cut and stapled the paper up and down versus side to side. (I hope that makes sense) I got Many compliments on my bulletin boards! I absolutely love this paper and I'll use it for wrapping paper when I'm done working on my classroom. It's thick, dark and not faded, and good quality.

Long lasting!
I bought this roll in December of 2020. We are now in December 2024 and I am still using this roll. It’s thick, it doesn’t tear when wrapping corners, and it’s durable. A lot of value for the money! It’s nice to have paper for every occasion. Sometimes I will draw images on the paper or add stickers or bows. It is great wrapping paper!

Roll Film Backing Paper Alternative
I purchased the Black Paper Roll 18” x 150’ to give it a try as roll film backing paper. I cut a piece to roll up some 70mm film (on a 116 film spool) and marked the frames with a silver Sharpie. A couple of things...the paper is at 4 mil (0.004”), just like the Kodak film backing paper, except, there is no coating on this paper, which I only see as a negligible inconvenience because the paper won’t readily retain that “curl”, but after leaving it curled up on its own for a few weeks, it keeps some of the curl. The next thing, it looks great, like it will do the job and it held up well on the prototype roll. I shone an LED flashlight directly, point-blank, onto the Kodak paper and it did not bleed through in subdued daylight (indoors), but doing the same with this paper, even though it is the same thickness, the light did bleed through, at that point resembling very very dark parchment paper. By then I had already shot the roll of film and developed it. I haven’t had the time to make prints, so I can only attest to the negatives at a glance - no apparent fogging. I did notice no LED light bled through with two layers of this paper, so on the upside, while rolled up the film is safe. I did anticipate fogging, so when I would advance the film I turned my back to the sun to protect the number viewing window. In the end, I wish it was coated, and a bit more “filled-in” so that one layer of paper will not allow light to pass, but for what is readily available these days, this is a viable alternative to proper roll film backing paper. Have fun experimenting!
