Love this stuff. Healed my baby right on up and had his fur grow back thicker and healthier. It don’t sting or pirates him. He actually love the feel of it and was able to sit down the entire time which he NEVER do!! Highly recommend 100/10!!!

Works great to calm down hot spots over night. Doesn't smell weird either, actually smells really nice. I have a small dog with a lot of anxiety and he licks to cope so he's constantly getting hot spots. Haven't noticed him licking it off either which is a plus. He usually avoids the areas I put this one. Redness went down within less than an hour upon application, and almost gone over night

Spot-On Healing
When my furry friend developed an unexpected hot spot, I felt like I was starring in a veterinary drama. Enter Forticept Blue Butter – the superhero ointment that saved the day! This topical treatment is like a soothing balm for my pet’s skin woes, providing rapid relief from itching, redness, and discomfort. The veterinary strength formula tackles everything from yeast infections to ringworm with impressive efficiency.I love how easy it is to apply, turning what could be a stressful grooming session into a quick and painless routine. The pleasant blue tint makes it less intimidating, and my pet doesn’t mind the application at all. Plus, the 4oz size is perfect for multiple uses, ensuring we’re always prepared for any unexpected skin issues. However, I did notice that the scent is quite mild, which is generally a plus, but a slightly stronger fragrance might help in identifying the treated areas more easily. Also, while it’s highly effective, a bit more coverage for larger hot spots would be ideal.Overall, Forticept Blue Butter is a must-have in any pet owner’s first aid kit. It’s effective, easy to use, and provides much-needed relief for our beloved animals. A solid 5-star rating for its healing power and user-friendly application, with a tiny star lost to its subtle scent.

Save yourself an expensive vet bill!
My dog had a hot spot on her back paw (again). The last time this happened about a year ago, the vet did a laser type treatment on it, to the tune of about $300 for 2 treatments. I couldn't do that again. This stuff is magic. Word of advice, get the antiseptic spray as well, and some elastic bandages. You will also need a cone so the dog doesn't lick of course. I would recommend an inflatable donut type one. After about 4 treatments and re-wrapping, the hot spot was completely healed. It doesn't take much of this butter, so you'll have plenty on hand.

Two applications in, will update
I purchased the bundle, the blue hotspot gel and hot spot spray. Since I just began treatment yesterday, the jury is still out. My dog began with what has been diagnosed as ringworm a couple of weeks ago. He has been taking an oral antifungal medication for a week now as well as receiving twice weekly baths with an approved antifungal shampoo. He's been getting routine spray downs with a cleanser twice daily. But the infection seems to be getting worse. I understand treatment can take weeks, but my patience is sometimes thin. I can't pet my boy or brush him without his skin rolling beneath my hands. He's not scratching often but we both are miserable. I purchased the bundle primarily for the gel, but I also needed a spray. First, the jar was filled to near the top, which was a nice surprise based on other reviews. But as I applied the gel to individual spots on my boy's skin this morning, the shivering of his skin calmed as I rubbed in the gel. I can only hope this meant he received some relief. He only allowed me to apply to one side of his back, and I don't want this to become a fighting issue, so I'll try the other side later. I'll update as we go and take before and after photos. I really hope this does provide him with some relief as well as help eliminate the ringworm. The smell is not bad at all, the blue color is not an issue, and it took only a small amount to rub in thoroughly at the areas I addressed. Hopefully a good value as it could become pricey depending on the time this may need. I'm looking for the rapid healing other have claimed.

Mindblown
The media could not be loaded. My dog has an auto immune skin disease that causes big open lesions and sores on her skin, which will swell so much that they burst and ooze clear liquid and then eventually start bleeding profusely. There is no cure for this except treatment with allergy medicine like apoquel and special diet. Both of which equal $$$$ for not Much result. Of course for a dog her size Apple quill is around $150 per month and it does not clear the issue at all. This is merely a treatment for the swelling, that the allergy in the skin causes. I often have to use additional things in order to help her not be in such discomfort. I am absolutely mind blown right now. She is 118 pound solid muscle pitbull who has extremely painful open sores covering both feet and back paws. Not only does she not let you touch her paws, but she definitely will not let you wrap them while applying medicine. After applying the first paw and wrapping it, she quickly laid down and FELL ASLEEP WHILE I WAS DOING IT. I could see the relief in her body and eyes. It has been 45 minutes since I applied it and her swollen, angry, oozing sores are a pale, light pink color. Absolutely speechless. I will update photos I’m 3 days after applying twice a day, keeping them wrapped for the first hour after application.Update: last photo is two weeks using it 2 times a day, 4 days a week. The hair is growing back, she is no longer chewing her paws bloody and the yeast that was prior, breeding profusely is no longer en mass. You can tell it has killed a lot of the issue externally bc the “corn chips” smell is very minor on her little toes now. This tub is small for the aggressive treatment I need but again, it’s STILL less than $150 bottle of apoquel and $144 bag of special dog food which she hates. Any wound I put it on, heals in 24-48 hours. I now have this on auto order every 12 days
