This little valance just ads some color to the bathroom. It's very pretty.

Good quality, soft fabric. Backlining helps to block the sun.

The fabric is substantial but not stiff. Has a lining (silver). Colors are bright and clear. No loose threads.

All good I like the kitchen curtains

I bought these curtains for my 70-inch wide kitchen window. I included a photo for you to see how two, 50 x 18 inch valances fit in this space. They were sold by Amazon in a set of 2 for 36.99. To clarify, this window is dressed with 2, 50 x 18 inch valances. The curtains are the color I was expecting - a somewhat "wheat" yellow color with tones of grey on a bright-white silky fabric. I hung them without a quick ironing, but you may want to do a cool ironing for a "perfect" look. The curtains are "room darkening", as they have a grey backing that is attached on all except the bottom hem. The lining goes to within an inch of the bottom hem. Surprisingly, the liner is also high quality with good stitching and hem. I also included a second photo to show the measurements of the rod pocket. This is one feature on which I could find no information in the item description, so I hope this additional information is helpful. I measured the rod pocket to be about 3 inches deep, so it would accommodate a thick round rod and/or a 2 1/4 inch rod. My install used a 1-inch extension rod. Additional note: This item is room darkening, so expect it to "steal" a bit of light if you are used to sheers. I could see a benefit in increased sales for the manufacturer if they offered this item in a light-filtering option in addition to this room-darkening beauty.
