Ever 1-star rating is too high.If they would have been a negative rating, I would have chosen the lowest.- Color displayed on Amazon doesn't match the colour delivered to me.- Option to book the assembly is not there- Tyres are of cheap Chinese quality, seems like original tyres are replaced with the low-quality cheap types.- The gear assembly is also of cheap quality- The Gear shifting mechanism is also too old standard & cheap quality.- The tube inside rear type busted on the first day because the inner part of the rim is so rough, it's damaging the tube, On the first day, the rear tyre got flat, replaced the tube. - No tools delivered with cycle to assemble, i had to buy the Allen key set. - cycle was not delivered on the day it was committed.- Non-refundable( so i have no choice,but to live with this low quality, cheap product)

This product is very nice

i recieved a defective product. The front suspension does not align to my wheels. Had to get it fixed at a local shop as returning the product was not an option.I couldn't even submit a feedback on the 1st time

Not good i had to pay extra 1000 rupees but still it is not working properly... i am really upset... i had to pay so much but the quality is not good... since bought online the cycle shops are not repairing it properly but only asking for extra money...
