Good product

I’ve worked for expensive top-of-the-line product lines as a freelancer. This has a lot of the serum base in it. That is in very pricey serum moisturizes great for my husband because it’s light weight and it’s easy to use not greasy.

I applied morning and night. Container lasted right at 2 months. A small amount does the job. Clean fragrance, not too strong. I will probably order again.

This stuff really works well for my dry skin. It absorbs well without any left over heavy scent. The witch hazel really calms my skin, especially after a hot shower. It’s great and I will continue to use it as long as it continues to be made. I like the spray toner for the face as well. They’re both great, high quality, products that I’ve recommended to friends and would recommend to anyone thinking about trying out this product. Also 1 bottle has lasted me 13 months of daily morning use.

Had to try this product as the one I had been using by them was not available. I was not disappointed! Lightweight and a little goes quite a way. Doesn't feel greasy or heavy.

So I bought this after doing a lot of digging. Was replacing a face lotion product I’ve been using for over a year, because I felt that product’s formula was becoming more and more watery with each purchase. While I don’t like heavy-feeling moisturizer, I want to make sure it’s doing its job too. After trying this product as a replacement I won’t be keeping it though, and here are my pros/cons as to whyPros:-really good size/amount for the price-lots of good ingredients for skin nutritionCons:All of the negative reviews found themselves to be true for me.-I was trying to disregard the review complaining about the product claiming to have no alcohol while actually using cetearyl alcohol, and the fact that the alcohol dried out the persons skin (because after some research I found that particular alcohol is not a skin irritant and doesn’t dry out skin). But when using it I did notice my skin immediately felt dry and prickly. I don’t know if it’s the Citric Acid or what (not gonna pretend to be a chemist), but it was very uncomfortable especially since my face is already naturally on the dryer side (which is why I use face moisturizer). Other than that, I do agree they prob shouldn’t advertise “ZERO ALCOHOL” so boldly if they do in fact use alcohol.-I agree with the review that the scent is very strong right out. The review was also valid in that the scent does go away quickly (within a minute). But I didn’t like the scent- I assume it’s the witch hazel but it reminded me of a Citronella smell. Personally I’m not a fan because I once used a citronella mosquito repellant spray while traveling and the scent is so strong and overwhelming (like a lemony gingery mint smell). So now anything that smells like that turns me off, which of course is a personal thing.-while it is lightweight while not being too watery out of the bottle, the creaminess did not last for spreading. Once on the skin, it takes on that acidic texture that doesn’t bode well with dry skin or application.Overall, if it was just for the scent, I would honestly still use the product because I was excited about its advertised ingredients. But the way it makes my skin feel is what lost me for sure. Doesn’t make sense to pay for a premium skin product that only seems to amplify the discomfort it’s meant to alleviate.

As I’ve gotten older I’ve tried a ton of facial products. This product has been solid to me over the last couple months as my secondary facial moisturizer. I typically have a vitamin C serum or something else that I pair but it’s also a product that I should seriously consider taking on the road with me. Has slid right into my routine

I bought this product after looking for some lower cost higher end mens face products. I normally buy Jack black face cream but was tired of paying 40 bucks for face lotion. I saw this brand and liked that its from a town i grew up near in Southern California and wanted to try it. The cost for a large bottle was really good. It doesnt appear to have spf in it but i have other products for that. I like that it smells very earthy and natural. It drys quickly on your face and smells good. The packaging it nice and simple and looks professional. I would say if you want a simple face lotion with some more organic like whole foodsy mens product this would be one. I plan to try their other products when my current ones run out.
