Works pretty well, spring pressure uneven
The old scorecard clip had worn and would not hold a pencil very well. I bought this and that issue has been solved. I am having trouble adjusting the spring pressures to evenly apply pressure to scorecards; one side or the other seems to not hold well. The springs and screw did not come with this item, and are the originals, but should work.

Needed the attachment assembly
The clip piece is all that this is. There is no way to install it without needed other components. I may see if my local golf club cart guys can help install on my cart. Worthless to me as is.

Didn’t come with spring apparatus. Cannot use this part alone. Need assembly to attach to steering wheel cover plate.
