The first day I got this I tried getting on it and gave my self a big wedgie. Lol I started to ask my self wtf was I thinking. I'm fat. Fat people dont do this shit! But I started to view YouTube videos and little by little getting comfortable with it. I put it up on January 1st that same day I started to play around with it. Its January 12 and this is the poses I've been able to achieve. Oh and I'm on the obese side of the health scale. 5ft exact yes I'm short, weight is 161 yup I'm 30 pounds over weight. But this swing is slimming my body down. It's very fun too. Just one thing I will warn you about is do it when your husband isn't around. He will start getting ideas of other activities to do on this swing. So make sure your comfortable in it first before letting him convince you to do it. You will bust your ass. Lol hope this helped.

I get that the seller wants to sell the safest and so it includes locking carabiners. If you’re hanging and taking down a lot, the are a pain in the ass and the locking part is overkill. As a climber and sailor, I’ve never had a carabiner open. The sheer volume of mass on the carabiner makes removing it extremely difficult. Next is the size. The issued ‘biners are 3”. I would replace with 5”.

Update: seller contacted me unprompted to fix My clips. They sent me the locking clips which are by far more stable and reliable. I'm in love with this thing now.My biggest complaint is I recieved pretty flimsy carbeaners. One of the ones for the handles keeps failing. I'm going to have to buy new carbeaners. The fabric is a bit stiffer then I expected. But its a great buy. Ive got it mounted from a pull up bar in my door way which works fantastic. All in a good buy. Id defiantly buy again.

I got the swing a little over a week. The whole fam. uses it everyday ages 10 to 45. Its easy to use. Easy to repostion for everyone in the house. Only problem was finding the studs in the ceiling of my old house. Many videos online.My daughter with adhd ,whom is 10, loves using it. Keeps her busy for hours. Great total body workout.

I bought this as a chronic back pain sufferer. Traction/inversion tables are entirely too painful. With this you get just enough support across the lower back so when you go upside down you're not being pulled. While that was my only intended purpose, I've happily found many other ways to stretch, isolate, and tone. My 7 year old is fascinated with swinging indoors and doing "superman" while my son-in-law has discovered a ton of ways to strength training with the different length handles. It's great for anyone at any age and easily takes the place of multiple pieces of equipment. I have already told every one I know and highly recommend this to anyone looking!!!!

Now that I’ve drilled it into a stud, it’s very sturdy. But I will warn you that you’ll need a ratchet and will have to pre-drill holes if you want to permanently put it in your ceiling or doorway...which is kind of difficult.

I use it as an inversion table, stretching and strength training, I love it and great price

This swing has helped me in so many ways (herniated disc relief, exercise/strengthening, meditation). It was super easy to install, with all the hardware you need included. It is sturdy and can carry a lot of weight; feels very safe. Can't believe how much value I am getting out of this having used it every single day and planning on never stopping. 10/10 highly recommend!
