Threader floss should be used for cleaning below bridges (a restoration between missing teeth), braces & implants (an artificial tooth root that is placed into the jaw). The Floss should be taken and inserted in the special plastic needle & then used accordingly. Available in a pack containing 8 single plastic needles and a 5 metre Stim Floss.

Makes your gums bleed sometimes
The threader is pretty thin. But it's still not thin enough to ensure that your gums don't bleed sometimes when you insert it under your dental bridges, no matter how careful you are. Allowing your gums to bleed can cause serious dental and health issues; don't buy this unless you have good enough space between your bridges and gums.

The eye of the threader is too wide to let the threader pass through bridges. I do not know how it would work for braces.
