You get a lot but protency is not up to the mark.
I bought Soya Lecithin because it is am emulsifier but what I got does not seems to work well as emulsifier. Emulsifier enables water and oil to mix but No matter how much you add Urban Platter SOYA Lecithin water and oil separates. It does not work as expected. Potency of this emulsifier is very bad.
