Maybe the title of this review is exaggerated, but seriously. I suffer from sleep insomnia since I'm a kid, and now I have a great job, but can be stressful plus my mother has Parkinson's and am taking care of her. So you can imagine, I was unable to sleep for months. It really was affecting me emotionally. I tried a lot of different pills, even some from Amazon and they didn't work. Somehow I added this to my checkout, but honestly don't remember lol. It arrived and I was like, "okay might as well try it." WOW. Been using it for 2 weeks and I fall alseep within an hour. I also don't feel groggy in the morning which has allowed me finally to get back to exercise and work. Seriously, amazing product.

Nice nights sleep without side effects.

For an over-the-counter sleep aid, I would say it works fine. It doesn't knock you out like perhaps a sleeping pill would. But it makes me tired enough that falling asleep is easier. I went up to this from a sleep aid with the Walgreens name on it. That one didn't seem to make me tired enough that I felt it was worth it. Now that I'm on CPAP, the noise that you hear from the breathing apparatus makes it a little bit harder to fall asleep so an aid like this is good help. Capsules are very easy to take.

Take a long time to work. I took the product at 8:30 PM and it didn’t start kicking in until about 11 PM. And I found it very hard to wake up the next morning. I was sleepy throughout most of the morning. And I’m never sleepy in the morning. So if I want to take it again, I would take it around seven hoping to take affect somewhere around 10 pm. I’ve used the product maybe five times since I’ve had it and I brought about five months ago. I always find it delayed in his response.

Product works great - Be careful of intense dreams (deeper sleep). You are going to wake up and go to work and be able to remember your dreams like they were real life.

We get these on a subscribe every 5 weeks. The last order, all the pills are stuck inside the packet. Maybe came from a flood area and got wet. Don't know for sure. Box was sealed and packets are sealed.
