Easy to make and delicious!
Got these for my Brazilian friend and he loved them. Nice little reminder of home. The boxes are a little expensive but it's worth it for a treat. Of course, it would be a lot cheaper to buy cassava flour from a Brazilian or Afro-Carribean shop and make them from scratch but this was a quick and easy solution. The taste is amazing, super light and fluffy!

So tasty!
These are so good, I cannot tell you! I am gluten free and the cassava base is perfect for me. It's so nice to have something that tastes great. Particularly when they are straight from the oven, they are delicious and even our 2 daughters scoffed them. We added a mix of cheddar and gruyere to make them especially guey. Yum! Each pack probably makes about 20 so they last a good while and, although best when first baked, they are still really good when you reheat them in the microwave for a few seconds. Would highly recommend!

Best dough mixture out there...
Brazilian cheesebread doughs are just as part of my upbringing as of any other Brazilian. Having said that, we all have our own and distinct input on how to make it and how it should taste. I personally prefer my cheesebread with a crunchy crust and a soft, not gooye centre! And on to my actually review, this mixture gives the best (easy to make) dough and I've tried quiet a few. I've converted two of my friends into using this brand. But once again that's a matter of personal taste...

Great product!
I use this often, being Brazilian I feel it has a great taste without the nasties of other mixes. A bit more expensive but worth it.

Great results
The instructions are a bit lacking. The dough was really sticky and I had to Google some solutions and found out that chilling the dough for at least 30 minutes does wonders! Also, had to bake them for 10 minutes longer than recommended time. The resulting cheese balls taste absolutely amazing though

Nice but good have more flavour
Very nice but I had to add quite a lot of cheddar and mussarela cheese to enhance the flavour and softness added one more egg “organic “ too then it was nicer ! 👌

Just like the Brazilian ones!
We love Brazilian pão de queijo and always make it at home, but since the brand I used to buy from my supermarket got discontinued I was looking for a good replacement. These taste just like the original Brazilian ones. I also like these because they don't have that very strong smell of sour starch that some brands have.I don't make them according to the recipe on the package though. I use half a pack (200g) of the cheese bread mix, 1 egg and 250g of Lancashire cheese (it's a lot, but we like it super cheesy; Cheshire or any other crumbly cheese would work too). Add water slowly, between 50 and 100ml, and mix it all up. No salt or oil needed. Make the cheese balls and bake them for 20min at 190C. Picture of my most recent batch attached.
