Great value for money. Useful attachments. Works quickly with my mop of fine hair. Leaves my hair shiney and in great condition.It looks flimsy time will tell if it lasts well.

It's very light and easy to use. It's quite big so I don't think I will be able to pack it for holidays and the cable is shorter than my other one so I've had to get a small extension cable so the cable goes round the dresser better. But it drys my very long thick hair in no time. It's lovely to use.

The hair dryer works well and has lots of settings. It’s fairly light weight and way to hold even for me with my arthritic hands. The only negative I’ve found so far is that the cord is too short.

I like this hairdryer.It has a good diffuser for my curly hair (permed).The hairdryer does blow very hot air on the highest setting, but it's easy to turn it downI have no complaints, except.....I wish the lead was much longer.I can only just get to the mirror on the wardrobe door and the plug is quite close to the wardrobe.

At first this was great. There is a little bit of confusion with the cold boost button not being obvious if it's on or off so sometimes it will blow out cold unexpectedly.It was used roughly once a fortnight if, for five minutes or so. However today I used it how I usually would with the diffuser on my hair (head upside down) and the whole part melted into the cone shaped attachment and my hair! One of the diffuser points melted off and into my hair and damaged my curls.I am so grateful that it didn't burn or melt into my hair worse than this, it could have caused serious injury! Also incredibly lucky I wasn't drying my child's hair.I don't understand how it can get so hot to be able to melt the plastic after one year of very infrequent use. Incredibly dangerous in my eyes and not happy with it only lasting a short time. Would not recommend. Possibly needs a recall if this heating element can get this hot as a risk of fire or injury as clearly no safety measures to keep temperature at a safe level for normal or infrequent use.

Doesn't "burn" your hair dry, like other powerful dryers :)

Bought this product in January 2021 and I'd say I probably use it once every week or every two weeks so it's not been used heavily. When I used it a few days ago it no longer blows warm air, only cool air. I've pressed all the buttons to make sure they haven't gotten stuck and as far as I can see it all looks okay. Was a bit dismayed when I saw that the return window for this product was only for a month after I bought it so now I'm stuck with a hairdryer that is not working properly.
