I love that colors, and the bag that came with them. I have only begun to use my bands but there are MILLIONS of ways to use them with my arms, and my legs. i'm happy with the purchase, and I even told my Chiropractor about how great they are! The idea of resistance bands is awesome but who knew they ROLL down if they are not fabric covered? I didn't. So after research on Amazon, i picked this brand because of the extra band for very UPPER thigh workouts. Its bootytastic! I love the colors, did I mention that? :) I do. My husband even likes them. I do the "century" workout. A hundred reps with each band from smallest to largest. Its tough. my legs are weak after I am done.I notice that my Sciatica pain is no more. The thigh muscles are very important in the movement of your back and support so much weight, fighting gravity, that they deserve the resistance these awesome bands provide. You will not be disappointed with purchasing this set!I have steel rods in my left leg from a teenage year injury & I use these bands to maintain my balance & stamina between chiropractic visits. I have a better than J Lo butt now too. Love these bands. A lot.

I was very satisfied with this purchase. After looking for a while trying to find the right set of resistance bands I decided on these. The fabric is good quality and the resistance is very good. The colors are also a plus as I love pinks and purples! I also like that there was a fourth band when most come with only three. All four bands are useful with different exercises.

I just started using these, and they are fantastic quality. I have been struggling with my weight, and had been very sick for the last few months: bed ridden, hospitals, visiting nurse, etc. My strength, and flexibility has become complete garbage as a result ON TOP of already battling for the past two years. I just broke down in tears when I couldn't stand what had become of me. I started getting back into the basics last month, and have just incorporated these bands into my low impact workout.I know that this is a long review, and probably not your typical write up, but every little effort helps with mental & physical wellness. These bands help me get stronger, and the quality of the bands: thickness & elasticity is surprisingly impressive! I bought these, because all of my physical therapy bands were snapping in half with my workouts! They couldn't handle what I wanted to do with them. That's how I found these! Anyway... I highly recommend these!

Great quality of bands! The smaller bands are super hard to use because of how tight the resistance is, I am a very althetic person and had a difficult time using the two smaller ones. Love the color and they didn’t slide off my thighs.

Awesome bands, this was the third time I've ordered a set 9from other companies bc the others Velcro didn't hold, I was so happy the Velcro was so strong on these. Great product

I did not really like them. Had the booty band before and they worked so much better. The bands are very large in width where only one of them fits me and the 3 of them don’t work as good because they are sliding down the whole time. I would save my money and invest in something better.

I purchased these bands to use during my fitness classes. My students liked how they didn’t roll up and were more comfortable to use than the latex versions. It would be nice if they were all the same size with different tension levels, they would be more versatile. With regular use, it will be interesting to see how durable they are. I like them so far!
