In 1916, the Keds brand was introduced by the U.S. Rubber Company as the first national athletic and lifestyle footwear brand. At this time, the shoes were called sneakers, a term invented in late 1916 by Keds advertising agency because the rubber soles made the shoes quiet. Worn by Olympic soccer players, scores of National and International tennis champions, and many college athletes, Keds was coined the shoe of champions because of its reputation as America's premier athletic brand. Not only was Keds a leading athletic brand, it was also the brand of choice for leading style icons due to its classic, stylish, and authentic characteristics.

Fits as expected, very comfortable!!
These are great, I loved them, they are very comfortable and fits as expected! I'm very happy with the shipping, very fast!Ps.- as obvious as it may seem, it helps if you already have had Keds before, because you already know what size you are and won't have any trouble with the fitting.

Favorite go-to sneakers!
I love me some Keds!! I used to have a pair exactly like this type in black and decided to get another color. These are my go-to shoes. I do use insoles because I have back problems and the extra cushion is nice. Other than that I think these are great shoes. Sizing is accurate, in my opinion. No need to go up or down any sizes. I use these at work all the time. Although I could probably use "comfier" shoes since I work standing and moving around, I still find these sneakers easy to move in and fairly comfortable.

Amazing, comfy shoes - but beware of dyed socks
I was super surprised at how comfy these shoes were. While they don't provide much arch support, I knew that I was getting a classic flat shoe when I ordered them. But there is honestly enough cushion that for the first time in years I have been able to wear a shoe without inserts! It's crazy awesome, they look adorable and go great with jeans, both skinny and bootcut. I wear a size 10 and these little shoes are so petite looking that they make me feel like I wear a size 8. Absolutely LOVE it.The only reason I am giving these shoes 4 stars instead of 5 is because yesterday I wore them all day at work and then to a concert, and when I got home I found that the toe part of my white socks were dyed pink. Not a deal breaker for me, as the pink came out after a wash, but I just don't like the idea of pink dye on my feet from seeping through my socks. I wore them all day today with white socks, and no pink was to be seen at the end of the day. I think I'll just have to avoid wearing them in sweaty grimy situations. Other than that, no complaints!

These are my go-to shoes
These are my daily wear and tear shoes. They get worn more than most, and I must say they have held together well over the past 10 months. I normally wear a size 7 to 7 1/2 depending on whether I would wear a sock with the shoe or not. I wear a very thin no show sock with these and still find them slightly roomy at a size 7. I would also recommend these for people who have narrow feet. The wide-set eyelets let you achieve a good fit when tightening the laces for narrow feet.

If the shoe fits!
I haven't had a pair of Keds in a long time (decades) but I wanted a pair of plain, white sneakers. My old standby, the Reebok Princess, has been disappointingly updated with man-made, not leather, uppers.Unfortunately, there are few options for women's sneakers with a "low profile"...most styles are designed for serious sporting activity, and they have lots of reinforcement, thicker soles, etc. I just wanted a pair of comfy shoes I could slip into if I'm wearing jeans or shorts...shoes that would go with anything and not break the bank.I finally settled on Keds, which was the ONLY game in town back when I was a girl. This is not appropriate footwear for hiking or running. I use arch support insoles with them, which improves the comfort level for all-day wear. They were easy to break in; the uppers are canvas, so you can just throw them in the washing machine if they get dirty. The sole has an inset design that helps with traction, but that will smooth out if these are worn a lot. (Then you can just toss these and get a new pair.)These were sized correctly but are fairly snug, which means that thick socks won't work.I like the cool retro look and will probably get another pair.

super cute
I love these! They are super cute. I posted a picture, but the quality isn't great since I was home alone and it's not easy trying to take a selfie of your legs and feet lol! I wanted to get my pants in the picture so you all could see how cute they are with cropped pants. These are soooo cute. They do run a bit small, IMO. If you are in between sizes, go up. Like me, I wear a 7.5 or 8. I went with the 7.5 and they will work, but I probably should have gone with the 8. I wore them for like 7 hours the other day and they did start to hurt my feet just a little. But I can deal with it. The next day I wore them again for like 3 or 4 hours, and no pain or discomfort at all. So I have learned now to just not wear them for 8 hours or more. And again, that is only because of the sizing...the shoes are not uncomfortable...I should have just sized up.

Cute but runs large!
Cute, runs very large. Kept sending back going down half a size. Very wide footbed. If you have exceptionally narrow feet I wouldn't buy these. I have normal width and they felt wide on me. Usually wear a 10 or 9.5 and I think I could have done with a 9 or even an 8.5

Great shoe for tai chi and more
The shoe for tai chi, dancing on pavement or decks, and just knocking around in warm weather. They last for years! This is my 2nd pair of Keds Corsas (my 4th pair of Keds over 15 years), used mainly for tai chi 2-3 times a week. They are comfortable, supportive, and have very durable, yet flexible soles. Cloth material breathes, is strong and lightweight -- my favorite for slow, soft stepping in tai chi. (The other Keds I use are/were different styles and leather for winter classes.) I also wear these for casual ballroom dancing on rough, porous surfaces that would ruin strictly ballroom shoes. My feet move in these shoes! Love them!
