Comfort Level: 5This is probably one of the most comfortable office chair I had. The seat foam is very hard and strong. The back mesh takes my body pressure very well. Most importantly, the back support add-on works VERY VERY well for a developer who's in the chair 8 hours a day.# of Features: 4.5It has most features people need, tilt, elevate, tighten/loosen swings, and lock in position. The back support is a great thing to have. I wish there's separate tilt controll for the seat and the back. Right now the angle between seat and back support is fixed.Design (White version): 5It is a beautiful white/gray chair and perfectly matched with my desk. Very pleasing to the eye when I first see it.Build Quality: 3Because it's white, you can see a lot of build quality issue easier. It is mostly made of hard plastic as most of the chairs are, but somehow when it is black, you don't think about it. Some surfaces of the plastic is not smoothen evenly, and there were some tiny paint dot I see on the back. Wish it was better, which gives me some concern for the durabilty over a long period of extensive use.Ease of Install: 4Overall it's very easy to install but the screw holes under the seat is not totally open, you kinda have to screw through the bottom clothing and it was hard for me to find the right position as I can't see the holes very well.Overall: 4.5Overall I really like the chair, the build quality could be better. The design and comfortable level made up for it. I will give it an extra 0.5 point just for that back support. I wish I found something like this earlier. I hope it can last me a long time.

Purchased this item to replace an aging executive chair in my home office. After unpacking the various pieces, I noticed that the plastic on the back of the chair was cracked. Amazon replaced the broken item quickly, and the new chair arrived in good condition.Chair was easy to put together (~20 minutes), and looks very nice. The adjustable lumbar support is very handy, and the seat cushion has been comfortable so far. The armrests are sturdy, and the mesh seat back provides good support. The only issue I have is after a long day of sitting, the hard plastic, unpadded armrests can start to feel a little uncomfortable on my elbows. Overall it's a solid chair, and decent value for the money.

This was easily the best packaging I've ever had from something I've bought online. Everything is individually wrapped, with little slip bows tied in the ribbons. I was so surprised by the detail in the packaging that I was already planning on writing a review.But then I got to the fact that hardware comes in a hard plastic tool box, which has each bin labeled and printed quantities. It also includes intentional spares of each part, as well as tools, plus spares.There are also simple picture directions, which make clear reference to what parts to use (screw A in the arms, etc).I'm telling you, it's the easiest thing to assemble, and whoever packed it deserves a raise

Originally thought this chair was pretty great, after using it a few months for work I've come to notice the back of the chair is difficult to stay in, the seat is too deep and flat with no contors for the butt or legs. The lumbar support has also started to not feel quite right, almost like a sharp edge in the back. Not sure what's going on here but don't really recommend this chair at this price point. There are probably better options available. I really was hoping this would be better as my job has me working remotely indefinitely. Assembly was also quite confusing as words and clear instructions on what screws go where was lacking.

I bought this chair in December, 2019. I have used it most days since then when at the computer.Unfortunately, the tall "ergonomic" back on this chair does not support you if you want to sit upright and not lean back.You cannot make the back adjustment stiff enough to support you in an upright sitting position.This means that if you lean against the back it simply reclines to the furthest position.I purchased a lumbar support cushion with memory foam in June, 2020 in an attempt to salvage this chair but I finally have to admit that, even with the lumbar support cushion added, does not work properly. After an hour or so my back begins to ache.I am reviewing this chair now (October, 2021) because I am replacing it.I will undoubtedly spend more than the $200 this chair cost but it will be worth itI advise anyone considering this chair to think again. It looks nice but it is badly designed.Do not purchase this chair.

I chose this chair because of the word ergonomic in the description and because of the color (white and grey). It was so easy to put together - it took me under one hour. It has a really neat little adjustable pad that supports the lumbar region and I find that so comforting, especially during typathons when I have to be focused for hours. When I can relax at last there is no pain in my arms or back and my body feels relaxed, without tension. I'm so glad I got this model. I love it!

This chair is the best looking office chair I have seen. It looks so freaking good! Which makes me sad because it sucks. It feels so cheap. The arm rests especially seem like they belong on a lawn chair rather than a desk chair. The back offers literally zero support. The lumbar support is much too low on your back and cannot be raised. I thought the arm rests not being adjustable would be fine, but they are so low that it makes them useless. If it cost $100 I would give 5 stars. But at $200 + it is a huge let down in quality and practicality. I will say, if you just need something that looks good and you sit in it for an hour max, go for it! But if this chair is your daily office chair, do not.
